The day after I purchased my car, someone backed into me on a roadway and damaged my grille, etc. Working with geico, committed collision got me right in to start repairs.
The turn around time was pretty quick.
Took about 7 business days to complete as they had to replace the entire grille etc. I had called mid way through for an update and I can't remember the man's name, but he explained which stage my car was at, what the next stages would be, and when it should be ready. He was very nice and right on point.
My front end looks just like it did when purchasing and you'd never know it was hit. Thank you soo much guys!! Very happy!

Committed Collision takes the stress out of taking care of your car. Derek and team have done a great job with both mechanic and body work for my car. Pleasent and timely communication and fair pricing. Can't recommend them enough.

10 out of 10 would recommend, and I have! Great service, great work. My luxury vehicle was in expert hands. They went out of their way to help and the difference between them, their service, their work is night and day compared to another shop I used last year in my former city. This shop is first class and working with them was a breeze.

They took care of an insurance claim for my truck in January and did a great job. I had specialty headlights replaced which later on ended up failing. I contacted committed collision and the handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer and got me back in right away with the new part for installation. The listened to my attention-to-detail specific requests and installed them exactly as I requested, and all the warranty work was no cost to me. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my truck both times they had it - these little things make a huge difference and I am blown away!

We are so grateful to have worked with Committed Collision to repair our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our damage was from hitting a deer on a highway and today you can’t even tell it happened. This is our third experience with Committed Collision & Auto Body Center (CC), North Hampton, NH. The first two were excellent and the third was even better.
In February, our 2018 Acura MDX was hit by a deer - while I was able to slow considerably and veer to mostly avoid the deer, the passenger side door panel was damaged (the deer ran off into the woods...). At CC's front desk, Emily, Samatha, and Billy did a terrific job of looking for ways for me to reduce the costs and helped me work my way through the repair. They went above and beyond when my wife and I made last minute plans to go on a trip that created a tight schedule to get the car repaired and enable us to return our rental before our departure. We would have understood if the timing did not work out, but their diligence, working with the team repairing our car, resulted in the repairs being completed in a timely fashion. They kept me well informed throughout the process. We were able to leave for our trip without the hassle of how to coordinate the return of our rental car and departing for our trip.
Best of all, the dent is gone, the paint is a perfect match, the car is super clean and looks like brand new! Committed Collision has my highest recommendation!

The ENTIRE team made an unfortunate incident when my vehicle was hit as painless to rectify as possible. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure repairs were covered and complete. The work was done in the time frame promised and they kept me informed the entire time. Wonderfully trustworthy, and despite hoping I won't need them again, I'm glad to know where I'll go first if I ever do!!

Our truck had extensive damage from a tree. Other places turned the truck away or had no estimate on how long it would take. The second I got on the phone with Emily, I knew we wanted to go with Committed Collision to fix the truck. She was personable, knowledgeable and honest. She gave constant email updates and pictures along the way and communicated all of our concerns to the team. Billy, Derek and crew worked really hard to get our truck back to the way it was...it even looked better then when we bought it. These guys did a lot of work and really wanted to make sure we were happy. We were very happy and we really appreciated it. Thanks so much guys!
