I only bring my cars to Alpha cars. I trust them to keep me and my family safe. If I am looking for a new car they dont have, they are who we have do a pre sale inspection. They are honest and don't sell you services you don't need.

I bought a Mercedes from Alpha Cars a few years ago. Alpha Cars misrepresented the vehicle I purchased as having all OEM paint and not having any paint work done. I noticed a bit of overspray on the rear diffuser, on the edge of one tail light, and a bit on the side of the bumper. The salesman, Rudolfo, was awesome, incredibly patient, and an all-around great guy. I have no gripes with the transaction process at least.
To be fair, it's a decently done paintjob, matches in the sunlight, and seems fairly evenly applied except for one area towards the bottom. I am disappointed that the car was advertised as not having been repainted and having OEM paint on all panels, because that just isn't true. I'm unsure if Alpha Cars knew about this when listing the vehicle. Though, I would've expected that with the number of vehicles that they sell, at a premium, they would've been aware of this.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEED.
I was an out-of-state buyer, looking to seal the deal on a relatively niche vehicle around the $70,000 price point. Joseph Rhodes wasted no time in accommodating me every step of the way, ensuring there were zero gaps in my knowledge of the entire process from quoting the buy order to signing of paperwork and receiving the vehicle. He was very understanding of my situation, making certain I only would need to arrive to his dealership once to finish the deal, and what an experience it was once I arrived! Joe was extremely prompt in his arrival time, even going so far as to arrive a few minutes before closing to allow me to see the vehicle and get started on the paperwork, which was just one of the many ways he went above and beyond what any large dealership would provide in terms of customer service. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived, and the entire interaction, from start to finish, lasted no more than 45 minutes (15 of which was just us conversing on the purchase vehicle in question haha)!
All of this to say, I ABSOLUTELY loved purchasing from AlphaCars & Motorcycles, and i very much intend to purchase again from this dealership, if the stars align in the future!

Recently I’ve been “trying” with a local to me dealer. After deciding what I wanted (yes some was my indecision for delay) however with a very good credit score the credit company “Octane” wanted to charge me over 20% over 48 months for a $4500 bike. Obviously I said no !! I asked for a CASH price on the 2022 leftovers. Save some money. Hours later I called back and still no answers. So I called AlphaCars & Motorcycles and a Gentleman named Anthony who spoke to me and I explained my situation with other dealer, he explained he sells the same bike I was looking for plus he had the color I really wanted. Anthony said go online fill out credit application he will submit it and get back to me. Less than 30 mins later he had secured my loan at single number % with a local CU. and a plan was made to close the deal this Thursday. IF you’re looking for a bike or whatever they sell I 1000% recommend this dealership and Anthony !!! 5+ Stars !! THANK YOU for going above and beyond !! Bob Magoon NH. I just have to add to this review quickly. Today my bike was delivered to my house by Tom. I had plowed a path hoping he would be able to put it down in my basement. Without hesitation Tom said “yeah no problem” !!! Completely explained the bike and its functions. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was 100% before he left, he even had a terry cloth to wipe the bike down before he left. This young man is one of the absolute “good ones” his knowledge, his attitude, and most importantly his professionalism was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Just received my beautiful 2017 Alpina B6! The AlphaCars team, especially Anthony were awesome! It is hard to find people you can trust. It is even harder with distance between like New Hampshire and Georgia. However, after this experience back and forth for almost three weeks, I felt like I was among good friends. I would recommend AlphaCars to anyone in the United States or abroad looking to buy quality vehicles with exceptional service! Thanks Anthony and AlphaCars! This experience has been grand.

Where are the 10 stars? Service manager Blake Veinotte quickly responded to a service request related to our Sprinter RV which was intermittently going into limp mode due to a failed ABS sensor. As fulltime RVers visiting this area (Wells, ME) for only 3 weeks obtaining service was frustrating. We were told by Mercedes Benz of Scarborough that they could not get us in until October! Not only did Blake answer my voice mail promptly but provided diagnostics and service within 2 days. Excellent Service. "Expect to be Impressed."

I just bought my first bike here today. The process was fast and easy. No pressure and very smooth process. Highly recommend this dealer! The guys were so nice. Anthony did my financing and I'm sorry I forgot the sales guy's name but he was so helpful and helped us load the bike into the truck. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks guys!

Bought a car here with my son. This was probably the most difficult experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle (And I have bought ~10). The dealer was not comfortable with working out the financing and said we should contact our own bank. The dealer needed to be reminded on several occasions to send information to the credit union to finalize the loan. NOTHING WENT SMOOTH. Overall took 1 week to get a car when the typical wait time is a few hrs at a normal dealership. The guys were nice to deal with but were certainly not top notch for customer service and sales drive.
