“I love these guys I went in there to get a new battery a little while back and they were just so helpful and friendly he even carried it to my car for me. I just went back to return the old battery and again two of them gave me great service helping me find some transmission fluid. Everyone listened to my description of the fault, went in and diagnosed the issue (failing, non-communicating GOAT mode switch), ordered the part and installed it very quickly when it came in. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.”
“Took my 2016 Subaru Outback with 162k miles on it to TSS for a second opinion after being quoted thousands of dollars in repairs at another shop. TSS got me fixed up and inspected for a fraction of that cost. Couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed with the mechanical skill and fair pricing at TSS. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I forgot to write this review a while ago,but there was a manager there who (I forgot his name) was not only EXCELLENTLY trained in customer service but also had amazing knowledge on the parts he was selling. He had longer hair I think and was wearing a gray manager shirt,I hope he gets the recognition he deserves,not only did he not try to upsell me on a battery when I explained I couldn’t afford a very good one but when he realized they were all out of the cheap option he took his time with me to find one that had the same capacity and similar size for cheaper,excellent service and will always go here for my auto parts,thank you autozone”
