Horrible service. My neighbors walk my mail to my house I get their mail. Boxes are clearly numbered too. If your waiting on medical paperwork or something crucial good luck. This is Newton junction post office I'm referring to. Nightmare not getting crucial mail Ive been waiting for. I have to pray whoever has it won't throw it out or Im screwed.

I’d give zero stars if possible. The most rude and incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. Continuously bring packages to incorrect addresses, and even have brought packages to addresses that weren’t listed because they “thought” I moved...I never have. When I’m able to I make sure to use post offices in other towns because these people are HORRIBLE. The only kind ones are an older gentleman who typically handles the junction or Jason who delivers. I’d give those two 5 stars over and over, the rest are HORRIBLE.

I don't understand if they know they are supposed to deliver mail to the address on the package or not!? My mail is always going elsewhere. They are the worst. Heaven forbid if you have to actually go to the post office itself bc the lady behind the counter has major attitude. If I order something and it's going by postal service I just cancel bc it's going to go to someone else's house. Total suck service.

Dear Newton USPS: I don't know who the hell delivers the mail around here, but you need to get a new job. This is the second time that we are expecting important packages for a business and we got a notice from Amazon saying that you said we were closed when we open every Saturday from 7 to 5 PM. Get your lazy a** out of that delivery truck and do your job. You didn't even come around here today. We have been literally waiting for you to show up because those packages were extremely important. For once, I can't wait for Monday morning to come so I can be at your door. Better get ready. For the second time in a row you made us lose clients. Expecting something like this, this morning at 6:30 AM, we even put a note in the mailbox that said to deliver the packages. That we are open. Needless to say, you can just raise your eyes and look at our freaking front door. We are open on Saturdays idiot. Is this happening to any other business in town?
