“My car was hit in a parking lot and sustained passenger door and quarter panel damage on 9/26. The other person's insurance recommended a local shop for the estimate. Their earliest date was 10/5 with earliest repair date of 10/23. Having used B & J in the past, I gave them a call for help. Chuck provided an estimate on 9/29. B & J worked with the insurance company because I mentioned they weren't on the list of recommended vendors.Car was brought in on 10/9 and completed by 10/19. Davina handled all paperwork and rental car pickup/drop off. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The interior and exterior were clean and paint blended nicely. “Been going to Action Auto Body & Service off an on for the past 20 years. Remy never lets me down, a very honest and down-to-earth businessman. It does not matter whether it's routine car service as oil change, inspections or tire rotations or repair + body work, Remy is the best. Cares about what he does, is excellent at his craft and does the extras for customer satisfaction. It's hard to find good people like Remy but when I do, I stick with them.”
“Couldn't recommend this place more. Got a very fair quote for a sub & amp install in my 2016 Lexus. They ended up running into some issues because the car has lots of complicated systems that they were fighting, but they stayed an hour late and let me into the shop to see exactly what the problem was and I watched as they fixed it. Johnny gave me his personal number to call in case any issues arise, and they honored the original quote even though it took a decent bit longer than expected. Absolutely going to recommend this place to anyone looking for car audio, remote start system etc. 10/10 service”
“Scott knows everything automotive. If they don't have a part, they can often get it same day. Responses to some criticisms in other reviews: Maybe prices aren't always better than what you see online. But you can buy online for whatever price and pick up in store. However, as a repeat customer, they always take care of me. Additionally, the parts they sell are generally better than the stuff you get at AutoZone, etc. Some lines they won't even sell. It isn't a corporate store. Pricing isn't always the same. That works to your advantage too. Sometimes things are cheaper. And they can get things from vendors outside of NAPA. You also get a huge knowledge base and can ask questions. This is priceless. Someone also complained about not being able to return something they already installed and without a receipt. That's typically how it works with most mechanical and electrical things. Why should they take back parts that you installed but then didn't need. That's diagnosing problems on their dime using parts they have to sell used. Don't buy parts you don't need.”

“We ordered 3 transits from walls. 2 just got delivered. Dave made the deal very easy. While most other dealers around are capitalizing on a market that is hard to get transits in. Walls was more than fair on the price. In a time that ordering a commercial vehicle (especially transits ) is nearly impossible. Walls went above and beyond to help us out.
