She did great! Helped me every way she could do I could have a phone right away which I literally could not of worked without so I thank her with all I have for doing the very best she could and getting me a phone right away! Thank you!!

Supposed to get $400.00 trade in from Apple.Paperwork only shows $220.00. It’s supposed to take 2 to 3 billing cycles to show. We shall see. We have had nothing but problems with Verizon billing for the last few months.
