Tom seemed very into treating his customers right on my first visit where he gave an estimate that was higher than what was made from the pictures but waiting for August the 7th he had close to 2 months in contacting the insurance company with his estimate numbers, I called a week prior my scheduled appointment leaving my new number and asking if everything was still a go and never heard anything from this shop.

The accident happened in May. The repair shop scheduled the repair for the end of July. This business has had my vehicle for a month to do body work. They have all the parts. Insurance paid them over two months ago. They haven't even started work on it yet. I can't judge the quality of their work, but their scheduling and communication abilities are lacking. They keep saying they will start working on it next week. I am wondering if they are keeping the Insurance money and never intending to do the work. Maybe insurance should only pay for parts upfront and labor on completion.
