I recently had aftermarket wheels and tires mounted, balanced and installed onto my new truck by Promex. Being very particular about my vehicles, I had concern about potential scratching or damage to the new rims. As if he could anticipate my concern, the owner, Mike, unboxed each wheel and performed an inspection for pre-installation damage. After confirming there was none, he then reviewed the installation gameplan with his crew. Mike asked to keep the vehicle overnight, so that they didnt have to rush the process. I got a call the next day indicating that I could pick the vehicle up. To my delight, the vehicle and my new wheels are in perfect condition. Well done, Promex Team!

My experience working with Promex has been absolutely fantastic! Their communication is top notch and they continue to follow up after the work is done to make sure all is working properly. They were able to get me in quickly for an appointment and their prices were unbeatable. I will definitely be returning!

I have never been to this place before, first time was a great experience. The people there know what they are doing. They're very informative and friendly. They will tell you what else needed to be done with your vehicle just so you can decide whether to bring it back or not. The work was fast. Did not take more than weeks close to a month like the other places I took my vehicle to. I will be taking my vehicle back here if needed.

I was a dedicated customer when this business was owned and operated by Steve Landry. Sadly, the quality of service has declined dramatically. I'll just speak of my recent car inspection/ oil change. If you want the mechanic to sit in your car and smoke a few cigarettes, then THIS is the place for you! I WILL NEVER return again! (I did call and state my complaint...didn't matter much to the manager/front desk guy.)

When to Promex on Wednesday had tires put on they took about an hour witch was great but when I picked it up every tire was off I asked them to please check the tires and he told me the mechanic told him I had a red light on when I pulled in well my jeep doesn't have a red light when my tires are off it just shows how much air is in each tire. SO THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE.Iasked them to please just check them and nope they would not so I WILL NEVER GO TO PROMEX AGAIN. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP .The 1st time cost me money. DO NOT GO TO THEM . I MEAN REALLY THEY CAN'T FIX TIRE PRESSURE.

Went there Wednesday afternoon had an appointment to get my tires put on took about an hour to get the tires put on they gave me a call in about an hour I said it was ready I went and picked it up noticed that the tire pressure was off on all tires so I asked him if they could bring it in to check the tires and the gentleman told me that I had a light on when I came in which is not true which is a big lie because my Jeep doesn't have a light on when my tires are off it just shows the poundage so that was a lie right there so I asked him if they could please check it he refused to check the tire pressure every tire was off on my Jeep went there a few months ago and had some tires put on they ended up messing up my Jeep I thought it was another place that did it come to find out it was them that broke the parts in my Jeep I will never ever go there again

Promex is the place to go. I brought my Jaguar in for inspection and found out I shouldn't be driving it at all. One of the front springs was broken and could have caused a major accident. I had to leave my car and wait for my husband to get out of work to pick me up. Jim, the office manager, offered to give me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. (Seriously! What other shop would do that? None that I know of) Not only are they extremely knowledgeable they are also very helpful. Jim also sat down with me and explained everything in detail as to what was needed to get my car road-worthy. Promex is my new mechanic. A+++ for Promex and Jim.

I was in a real tizzy. I am wheelchair bound and my fairly new custom van overheated approaching an area campground. The three area Ford dealers said it would be "weeks" before they could help. I was desperate. I called Promex at wits ends. Despite a busy schedule, they were EXTREMELY accommodating. Before the end of the day, I was happily "on the road again" with a new water pump.So very appreciative of their top notch service!MANY THANKS MIKE and DAVE!

Huge Kudos to the two owners of this business. I was actually having some big issues with a power steering replacement completed there, but here is where this business owner really came through: Steve drove two towns over to my house, helped us get our car all the way back to his shop and he personally redid the replacement with a new part. Then he installed a great new battery with no labor charge. I will definitely stay with him for all my auto needs. His wife, Kim, is ALWAYS pleasant in the lobby too. Highly recommended. :)Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Every time we get our tires swapped on both of our cars the tire pressure is always way off. My most recent visit my all 4 of my tires we're around 45 lb and the recommended is 30 lb. Dangerously high.
