Worst experience I had buying a usedcar. Try to get a deal before I gotthere via phone and on-line. Soon asI get there we went over everythingpaperwork. Sales person tried topretend was helping me with my trade inand pay off. Eventually we made the dealand walked out with a used truck thathad some cosmetic issues that were notdisclosed at the time I was there. Salesperson called me after few days justto tell me that my pay off was coupleof hundred more so I should go backto them and give some accessoriesthat were worth more than 2 k just tocover the $200 . When I brought upthe cosmetic issue that will cost memore to fix them they stop asking formoney and stop calling or answeringmy texts. Conclusions....nice peoplebut everything is about money andcustomers are not a priority.

Do not trust them in service at Newport theys have tried to get me to pay for bogus parts that were not needed. Look out for them trying to inspect your vehicle early. I did and had to fight to get a sticker when I registered .

Communication has been terrible. we have had issues with our car right off the lot. We made them aware of it and they seemed like they were trying to go good. They "fixed" the problem and upon picking the car up, the car was having the same problems as when we dropped it off. We were told we would get into a loaner and after our 4 HOUR drive, they informed us that we would not be getting a loaner to drive back with even if they needed to keep it even though the day prior, they stated they would. Their service manager(Josh) is very rude and unprofessional. He does not seem to care about his customers. He did not once smile or address the issue in a kind manner, but instead chewed his gum and made little to no eye contact. I would advise extreme caution to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from here.

Brought a running truck in for an oil change, and mentioned it had a rough start a couple times recently. We talked about a fuel treatment, however they decided to diagnose my starter. They originally said, about an hour after I had dropped it off, I would eventually need a new starter. Then 20 mins later called me back to tell me they broke the connector and now I would need one before the truck could leave their shop. They charged me 150 for the diagnosis that took 20 minutes, where they broke the starter. At that point I had no choice but to pay them their over priced labor rate for replacing the starter they broke during the diagnostic. I asked if I could at least purchase my own starter, as the OEM price online was less than half of what they wanted after their margin / upcharge, and if they could maybe cut me some slack on the starter labor, since they broke the connector and I would of preferred to pay my local shops rate... they gave me a break by charging a total of $447, for labor alone, on a starter replacement where I supplied the part. Thanks for precisely nothing. Now you could of just cut me some slack, and kept a happy local customer who would service and purchase from you regularly for the next 40 years. Here's what you've gained instead.... a neighbor who drives the brand of vehicles you sell, who will drive straight past your dealership for the rest of my life to go to Banks and get treated better. F you guys.

Had my oil changed there at end of march and when they got done started smelling an odd smell coming in thought they maybe spilled a little oil but the smell continued. Got sick of it today and went to check if maybe something was stuck somewhere and when I opened my hood I found my oil fill cap sitting where you open the hood. So needless to say the smell was coming from spilt oil out of the top where they fill the oil in the engine. Might need to slow down a little bit so this doesn’t happen in the future otherwise a good visit except now have to get sone oil to fill back to where it needs to be before my next oil change.

the worst buying experience of our life's.. they will pressure you at 8pm with fb messages and text ... then restart at 6am. alot to post here but feel free to PM and I'll share the real experience of this place. BUYER BEWARE! We bought elsewhere, do the same!

The service department by far is 5 stars plus. They treated me top notch since the first time I've brought my vehicle there.Bennet has always done an amazing job as service operator there. They surely take care of their customers very well.

I purchased a used 2018 GMC Elevation- overall, the purchase experience was great, especially the sales manager. A few days later, I noticed a vibration. Brought it to the service department, they rotated the tires and sent me on my way. Problem not solved!

WOW I had the same issue. I was told they had another car coming on line and they told me they would contact me with more details Nothing. I know cars are selling fast but this is very very bad and unethical. Please do not go here their have no integrity or respect for customers.

Great people. Listened to everything that I was dealing with. Did not pressure me to buy or push me to do anything. Jason Nolin is by far hands-down the greatest sales person I’ve had the chance to meet and opportunity to get a vehicle from. Made sure everything was accommodated for me helped me get the best for my trade-in and kept me within the price budget I had for a monthly payment. Great dealership will definitely recommend .

We drove from MA after seeing a short bed /short cab truck online that we really liked. Upon arriving we were greeted with a huge smile from Becca Ferland and offered snacks/drinks. Everyone there was super nice helping me get my cell phone charged since i was having issues with it.I think the entire process from arrival to test drive to purchase was all complete in under 30minutes. The truck was exactly what we wanted, dealer would not budge at all on the price (seems to be the norm everywhere now). We paid, we got truck and we left. Becca was an absolute pleasure to deal with, the weather was nasty outside and it didnt seem to get her down. She tossed on her coat, brought the truck up for us under the tent to drive ,she was all smiles at all times and really could not have been any more pleasant.
