“I was just provided service by Abbie at the Portsmouth, NH post office. I mailed cremation remains for creating a memorial piece. Abbie was kind and thoughtful while assisting me with this emotional transaction without rushing me to move to the next customer. I also noticed that she treated the customer before me with similar patient attention. While the post office location is a bit out of the way, the service I experienced was excellent. That’s more important to me.”

“They may have a hard time answering their phones...but from my experience with them they have been nothing but prompt and kind. During the holiday (twice) they respectfully helped me transport my Step Father's ashes. And now I had an issue with Amazon because my zip code is the same as two other towns and they instantly corrected the issue once notified. I missed their call and they left me a nice response explaining the issue and gave me a number if it was not corrected..I appreciate this post office and I thank them for their kindness, patience and understanding.”
“I ship a lot of packages, and the front staff at the post office have been kind, friendly, and welcoming to me for years. Sometimes there's a little wait for retail services, but given current national management practices, that's not unexpected, and I don't think it's fair to blame the local outlets. Either way, the staff are always courteous to people and do their best to work quickly when there's a backup. I love my local post office!”
“I would have given 5 stars because of the woman who efficiently processed my package in a quick manner. My experience would have been better if I didn't have to listen to the ridiculous comments by the male window employee who seems to think we all want to hear his political opinions on who we should vote for every time I go in there. His personal politics should not be anything the public needs to listen to or forced to comment on when he tries to include you in his ramblings. He needs to remember to act professionally in his work place and I don't dont care who you vote for.”
