I have had such a difficult time finding a good pcp one who doesn't rush me through visits and really listens and is compassionate!!I wish I had come her a long time ago!!Dr.Kimberly Russell is a perfect fit for what I need! I am a complex patient and she has truly made a huge difference in the care I truly need. I've been with her now for almost 4 years, and she is AMAZING!!!

They helped me resolve a complex issue with an FSA. The staff and doctor kindly took time out of their schedule in order to assist me via message and in person. In the end, insurance accepted my claims. Diligent work!

I was not happy with service when I went to this organization a few years ago and more upset after several YEARS of them continuing to text me “ reminders to make appmnts”. I have called several times and spoken to admin to get it to stop. They say they will take care of it and never have. I plan to file withBBB if they don’t finally stop the texts.

Nicole Rembisz , my nurse practitioner, and her nurse Morgan have been extremely helpful with my healthcare needs and prescription medications. Both of these professionals listen to my needs & requests. I have always felt listened to, and as a patient this is very important. I am not in the best of health at this time due to an emergency appendectomy, that unfortunately came with many complications. Nicole has been very supportive through this journey, and I’m thankful to have her as part of my healthcare team. Anyone who is looking for a provider I would highly recommend Nicole. I have been with her for many years and her care and concern for patients is unmatched.

Insane billing. $390 for a "new patient" appointment where they only asked me my medical history (I already provided my records ahead of time) and what I want out of my healthcare. I was under the impression this was a physical appointment all along (which would have been *free* with insurance), but nope. To my surprise, at the very end the doctor told me "ok great let's schedule that physical for 2 weeks out". They're contacting that I pay the full bill within a week or two of the appointment - several emails, texts, and mail. I've never been contacted by billing this quickly and relentlessly after an appointment. I was genuinely excited to have this appointment but now I feel taken advantage of.

I followed my PCP, Dr. Rembisz to this practice. I've seen her since I was 16, highly recommend her care! She's never let me down.

Cannot recommend. Particularly Elisabeth Robinson + clueless and often rude front desk. 1 star only for their touted PD and knowledge sharing, but who cares when they don't have time, interest, or bedside manner to do so. This practice needs practice! Don't be their neglected guinea pig.I used to only go to docs for physicals, preferring natural therapies. After a slipped disc injury, by necessity, I was prescribed meds + drank 200-400 mg caffeine regularly bc I was not sleeping.Despite being friendly myself, my 1st interaction was her looking down at her computer, seemingly inconvenienced about my debilitating pain and other concerns. She didn't explain what she assumed was going on. She acted like I was making things up then referred me away to other specialists and PT.After PT, she referred me to physiatry who helped somewhat. 7 months later pain continued and developed severe neck, back, foot, and wrist injuries from working excessively. I spent free time lying on the floor and stretching. I asked for more help and finally was referred to an orthopedic (I was seeing 4!). I also tried a dietitian and therapists for any type of help to get my active lifestyle back. At this point I was suicidal (for 1st time in adult life) after 8 months of acute pain, unable to live my life.1 year later, I was desperate + I had to quit my job due to pain. In reviewing my records to send to insurance, I noticed visit notes were not accurate. Went on disability insurance. I don't know anything about disability insurance, who was asking for paperwork for long-term disability. I hoped she'd offer guidance, but instead she berated me. I reminded her she is my PCP and should be reviewing my records and managing my health care. I had an apt days later and she said that she did not think a 32 y/o should be in this much pain and she was not comfortable with disability. She also accused me of not being truthful, despite her note lacking things I mentioned during visits. I was enraged and broke down crying, upset and shouting about the lack of medical attention and my pain. She continued her coldness and finally sent me to pain management facility to not have to deal with my care, 13 months after my injuries began.

Can’t say enough positive things about my provider Nadine McCall. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Takes her time, listens and does not rush appts. I’m lucky to be her patient!

Before scheduling at this practice, I called and asked if they would be welcoming to fat patients and was told that they welcome patients with all bodies. At my first appointment with Elisabeth Robinson, I got a weird vibe. After leaving this appointment, I received an appointment summary electronically listing a diagnosis that WAS NOT DISCUSSED at my appointment. When I called to express that this made me uncomfortable, I was gaslit and told that I was wrong. I stated I would be ending my care. The next day, I received a call from Elisabeth asking me to consider staying on as a patient with this diagnosis removed from my chart and I agreed. Several weeks later, I received a discharge summary in the mail. When I called to inquire about this, i was told that the conversation where the provider asked me to stay on as a patient was not documented. I was read a piece of charting where the provider described me as “being emotional”. This was completely unprofessional. I asked to make a formal complaint about the treatment I had received. The person who called me back was dismissive, argumentative, and stated that the conversation that happened on March 15 in which the provider asked me to stay on as a patient was documented on March 14, leading me to believe that the provider amended the documentation in my chart after the initial complaint. I was told that the provider “is a wonderful provider” as I was attempting to provide feedback on an incredibly harmful experience. No one should go here, and it is especially not a safe space for fat patients.

I wish I could do no stars, I have never been treated that poorly at a medical “PROFESSIONAL” place. The front desk called me by the wrong name trying to get my attention (clearly frustrated that I didn’t answer) however it was not my name so I didn’t respond. This particular day my usual provider was not in so I was scheduled with Elisabeth Robinson. Once in the secondary room, her first question when she came in was “So what’s wrong with you?” while looking at her clipboard. I understand that I am not one of her usual patients, however NO ONE should be treated poorly or like they aren’t worth the time when seeing a different medial care provider.

Absolutely fraudulent practice. I removed my family and children from here as our primary care as they do not follow up, refer or even try to diagnose their patients. In excruciating pain FOR 4-6 weeks and Travis Palmer wouldnt even refer me to any specialist or return my phone calls. They did ZERO, NOTHING, NADA!!! 6 Weeks later after exploring different specialists on my own. I had a severely herniated disc in my spine. Travis clearly has no experience to help his patients. He is a total fraud and should lose his license to practice! What a nightmare! An extra 6 weeks of level 10 pain due to Mr. PALMERS NEGLIGENCE!DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE, THEY ARE STRICTLY ANOTHER OFFICE WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT PUSHING PEOPLE THROUGH TO MAKE MONEY. THEY DO NOT TREAT OR PROVIDE ANY SOUND ADVICE OR REFERALLS WHATSOEVER. They don't even have a clue about human health....my leg pain was clearly a tell tale sign of sciatic pain and he had no inkling of a clue!

I have waited a bit to make this post. I came in as a new patient since my NP in Cambridge retired and I wanted to try to find a provider closer to home. The first minor red flag was selling "art" on the walls all over the practice. Seemed strange to me. I was brought into a room for intake. Just info nothing too private I guess. But someone walked into the room when I was answering questions. Quite jarring. Little flag number 2. The last thing for me was the room I was in was FILTHY. The treatment bed was covered in a layer of dust. (I have pics but won't post unless asked). The NP was nice enough. But by then I knew I wouldn't be back so it really didn't matter. Too bad. Any recommendations for seacoast NP or women's health providers?? Not ob/gyn, just looking for female NP or primary care....
