My fiancé and I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store. We did not feel pressured by Josh to buy which was a nice experience. Josh explained the differences between the two models we were deciding between. We are eagerly awaiting our new 360 ILE Sleep Number bed!

My husband and I had a great experience at Sleep Number in Newington. Maggie was very helpful, showing us different options and the technology of each mattress without being pushy. She let the mattresses and discounts speak for themselves which ultimately led us to buy a P5 mattress, pillows, and mattress protector.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this product. After purchase, I was not satisfied with the product - I felt my partners every move and did not find it especially comfortable. Each time I called customer service, they gave me a recommendation to try for 30 days, which I did. Following their recommendations put me over the 100 day return policy and now that I’ve exhausted their recommendations they won’t take it back. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

I was out looking for a new mattress and there are so may choices out there and price points, but was looking for a good quality mattress. I decided to also go check out Sleep Number at their Portsmouth location. I had the pleasure of working with Maggie. Maggie is very professional, and knows her products. She took the time and explained all of the futures and sized me to the correct bed. Maggie provided me with all of the options to be able to make an i formed decision. The best of all was the consultive type attitude in stead of other places I went with high pressure sales tactics. Do you self and at least go in and check out the store and what Sleep Numbers has to offer. You have nothing to loose I am so glad I did!!

When I went into sleep numbers in Newington mall I met up with Josh he works for sleep numbers. Josh customer service top notch and I did some research on my own first just to know what I was looking for. Josh took me around and explained the differences in the beds and measured me and told me my exact number for great fit and sleeep for my back. So long story short Josh is the man. Great customer service and no peer pressure.

My first visit to the store was enlightening! We are just beginning our search for an adjustable bed and I was amazed with the comfort and ease of the bed. The sales woman, Attila was very helpful and informative and I made an appointment to return with my husband in tow the next day. My husband did not have high expectations but our visit was almost an hour long! Deana was awesome, we left with all of our questions answered and a pillow order! We can't wait to try out the pillow and hopefully return to purchase our new bed.

This company uses very deceptive sales practice. They sell under the promise that if you are not satisfied you can return within 100 nights, after you have it for 30 days. The deception is that they don't stress or emphasize that you can't return the base. The process for signing is very quick and not well explained, so you need to read thoroughly because you do initial that you sign about not being able to return base. With that, I am out 5k as I can only return the mattress, not the base.Be well informed before you buy from these people

my husband underwent 2 spinal surgeries this yr so shopped for a new bed. The salesperson guaranteed us these would be removed. We waited over 3 months for our new bed, and when received the delivery people refused to remove our old bed because the frames are adjustable. The sales people are not honest and when you call them on the things they promised, that aren't delivered, they call you a lier. Incredible BAD customer service. Anything for a sale....

Maggie was wonderful. Very professional, knew her products and had a consultive type attitude in lieu of a hard sale attitude.We had previously owned an older Sleep Comfort and knew what to expect in the basic features, but had no idea on all the new technology and features.Great experiemce.
