I bought Sig Air P365. a In less than a year, the magazine failed. It leaks CO2. Called Sig Sour (intentional misspelling) and was told that leaving the CO2 cartridge in the gun when not using it contributes to this failure and that one should always remove the CO2 cartridge when the gun isn't being used. Was also told that the manual clearly states this. Well, I re-read manual. There is NO mention of having to remove the CO2 cartridge. So, since my gun is outside of the miserably short 180-day warranty, Customer Service said they would generously offer me a 20% discount on a new gun. I said “why would I want to buy a new gun when only the magazine failed”…no reply. I asked if I could get a new magazine with that 20% discount. Nope. Bottom line, Sig’s gun is a piece of junk that won’t last long and their warranty and Customer Service stinks. DON’T BUY THIS GUN, unless you only intend to use it for 6 months.

Worked there in 2019 on the rifle assembly line for 18 months. Its the only job(I've been working since 1977) that got so frustrating that I just quit and walked out!

Emailed customer service thru their website and never received a response. After a few weeks I decided to call. Was trying to report that a brand new p365 I purchased has mags that are rusting and the gun has never seen direct moisture. I noticed in many gun forums that others are experiencing the same problem. To my astonishment SIG will take no responsibility and will offer no remedy.

Great Products and customer support. Every time I have a question about one of their products they are always willing to help out with finding the answer even if I have tried to find it myself.

Edit: My initial posting was harsh. So, I deleted it. I'm just not happy with SIG and still hold that they effectively beta test on their customers. 238/938 guide rods were breaking in half, p365 strikers were snapping off. We all know about the p320 issues and so on. SIG has quietly updated these without ever owning to it. They also farm production of important parts to India (not American made). For me, I'm not happy with the QC or customer service. I'm deciding if I even want to be a SIG customer but I keep getting tight groups and my ZEV p226 is a beauty. SIG cares about getting money. I don't believe they care about thier customers or ethical interactions with them. Never trust SIG. Nice shooters but buyer beware.

Lots of great coworkers but the management is a joke. Constantly changing the shifts. No care for the workers, its business only them.

Great products, company and Support. A lot of the products I use in competitions and is the first stop for performance parts before hitting other vendors.I didn't have to deal with their support for years until I tried to convert my legion x5 320 to Carry Optics, At the time I didn't know that the legion required a Romeo Pro, I ordered a regular Romeo because that I what I was use to in my other pistols and didn't think there would be any difference. When I got the product in, the screws were too small. I called up Sig Support and asked them about it, and they told me that the legion would not work with the regular Romeo that I needed a pro or better. Since I got the optic from them, they just charged be 80 bucks extra to upgrade and had me send them back my Romeo and they sent me the pro.Anytime I have emailed them with questions, they were also very helpful and responded quickly.

I recently tried out a SIG red dot (I usually buy Vortex), it stopped working after 7 months, and customer service has been a complete nightmare. Just getting an update from them is like pulling teeth. I had to pay $28 to send them the broken optic, and they had it for 11 days before they even responded to my e-mails. I still haven't received it back after 2 weeks. For comparison, I once bought a used Vortex red dot (private sale), and the seller didn't include the right riser. I couldn't get a hold of the seller, so I called Vortex to arrange to get a replacement. They sent me one immediately without even charging me for shipping. Safe to say I won't be buying any more SIG products.

Hello All,I would like to share my experience in the hopes that you don't make the same mistake that I did. After 22 years as an active duty firefighter my wife was kind enough to fund my military retirement gift, the Sig Sauer P320Max, for me to use in steel challenge matches. I watched video after video and cleaned and put new Otis dry lube, took it to the range, zeroed the sight. I then took it to the range twice a week for four weeks leading up to my competition shot in the competition and was very disappointed in the trigger reset. Out of all my firearms, the Sig P320Max quite literally has the worst trigger reset my Canik, and Walther triggers put it to shame. When I contacted customer service for assistance or advice on how to remedy this issue, I didn't even get a courtesy email. It pains me to tell my wife that I will not utilize her gift in the next steel challenge.
