This is the last time I'm going to this sephora!
They have a weak selection. I always avoid actually going to this location (it's the closest to me) because of this one sales associate that is incredibly pushy when im checking out about the Kohls rewards program. EVERY. TIME. ITS A FIGHT. I don't want to be apart of it. And she will be deceptive about it. And she gets rude when you say no. I get it you guys need a quota of people for the credit card and rewards account, but does it need to be like this?
So I went after work to get more product, and I was so exhausted after work I just said fine because I didn't want to fight when I was asked about it. And I'm going to deactivate whatever rewards program I just signed up for. Never going here again. Is this really how Kohls and sephora stay in business? Bullying people into being apart of their email list???

Waited 10+ minutes for a cashier to show up. The Kohls cashier had to radio someone to come over because they completely left the store and left a line of 4+ people. Customers started walking out because there was no one there to check them out. Cashiers name was Katie. She completely walked out of the store full of customers and didn’t return until a Kohls worker radioed her to come back to the line of people waiting.

The lady working there, her name starts with a k, and she was so amazing, all of the staff there as of recent of today are so so nice and they should all have higher wages <3 with love from me!!! -

Just saying that we were drawn in by the clearance that said up to 80% off. I could not find even one thing that was 80% off. Is this a bait and switch?

This place is hard to rate because they either got what you want or are looking for or they don't. There is never any store people around to help look for anything so you gotta roam on your own. They have lots of discounted items and some are good deals, others not so much. They have really good quality cheap polo shirts though. Much cheaper than I can get in Hawaii and they are pretty well made. Last summer, I picked up 3 and they hold up well in the heat. This store has lots of Boston merchandise as well but it seems to not sell at all. Store overall is clean and cashiers are friendly.

Not a makeup person, but had to become one recently for work purposes....I have thus been in and out of Sephora quite a few times and each time, the employees treated me with the utmost kindness. Thank you for your hospitality.

I’m a newbie to makeup and skin care. I stopped in after shopping in kohls to look around. I was very confused but the sales rep Renee was absolutely amazing. She took me around the store matching foundations, finding brushes, and found a fabulous face moisturizer that i fell in love with. It was so comfortable to no be judged and shown things. Thank you Renee!

Poor customer service. No one said a word to me or other customers unless promoted by the customer first. It was ver odd experience. Associates didn’t know anything about makeup or what they do or don’t sell. One associate told me to “check ulta for the rare beauty blush” I wanted. I had to laugh. The space was nice when it first opened but it’s been hit but the busyness of the season and seems like they haven’t prioritized trying to clean. Similar stores like ulta and the others in the plaza have been hit with the same crowds but weren’t nearly as gross. Reinvest in your employees, their education, who you’re hiring (do they even like makeup?) and the appearance and appeal for customers. I know this is not what Sephora expected when moving into Kohls. I was a regular at the Sephora in JCPenney prior to 2020 pandemic and never had these issues.

Well some of there sales aren't really sales. No your prices before shopping there. Cause a lot of there stuff is way over priced... Hint look at product at store. Then buy on line.
