Can’t select a specific stylist online. Appointment cancelled multiple times. Tried really hard to find a stylist I want at a time that works but no luck. I would’ve taken any stylist at this point if I hadn’t seen what one of the stylists did to another client’s hair. Now I only want to see a few specific stylists. Wish it wasn’t this way because I’m embarrassed as hell.

Ok, I don't understand the bad reviews. This place has a great variety of items at incredible prices! From women's clothing to shampoo the savings are surreal. How about a Liz Claiborne sweater for under 5.00? Here's some recent finds. The final price was half off lowest sticker. Service was superb aNF despite the long lines the customer service was cheerful and patient. There are racks of incredible deals for all sizes. The regular inventory matches...no...exceeds the online retailers in quality, quantity and service. There is an upscale beauty salon. Use it. I did and found services great prices and the stylists skilled. If you let this bricks and mortar store close you will regret it because nothing beats the prices and the convenience of holding an item in your hand and being able to physically judge the quality and buy it the same day you need it

I am an engineer in the US Navy. When I get a precious day off I do not dress fancy. Perhaps that was my downfall today. I came to JC Penny with the full intention of dropping $300 on a necklace for my wife (something the sales clerk heard me vocalize several times while browsing). But as I had my 2 year old with me, patience is something I couldn't afford. I watched as the jewelry sales clerk took care of two customers that came after me. Didn't even acknowledge me. My child finally lost his patience. Found the same necklace online for $100 cheaper. Goodbye JCP. Your lack of customer service is killing you

Whenever I go in all I see are friendly and helpful workers along with it having a Sephora inside which is nice.

I don't even know where to begin. This store is a disaster, the store manager is very condescending and rude to her staff barking at them and treating them like they aren't human. I had items I was ready to purchase until I saw her act in the manner she did. This store needs a complete overhaul.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance. I showed up to my appointment on time and was greeted and told there was a wait. I said no problem sat down and waited. 20 minutes later another associate came in and said hello and asked if I was waiting and why since I made an online appointment days ago, I told her I wasnt sure. I asked how much longer she thought I would have to wait and she sent me into the salon to ask the woman I had made the appointment with. That woman told me it would be a "while" and she could get me in later today. I have no issue with things running behind or off schedule-but it is 2017 and everyone has a phone-call me before I drive 30 minutes to get there, sit for 20 minutes, then get my appointment cancelled. Clearly I wont reschedule.

I love this store, I don't think this store is expensive. Yeah its not free but look at the economy! The staff is great and very helpful!
