Great customer service, I always order mine and my husband's glasses from Dorina. She is very patient and wonderful to work with. She takes time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable. It's rare now a days to get such personalized and great customer service, especially at a large chain.

I have had the good fortune of meeting and working with Doreena when purchasing glasses. She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and an employee that JC Penney should be proud to have! I have been battling cancer and she has been so compassionate through the process and making sure the frames and lenses fit just right. She is a good person and treats all her customers, as I’ve observed, with respect.

I ordered and received a new pair of glasses The prescription is wrong and the lens fell out on the 4th day. They tell me I can't return them. Never again and I will tell everyone I know

I would give five stars to the doctor that did my eye exam, she was excellent and she came recommended. On the other hand I would give three stars to the selection of frames and the price of the lenses. They had a very limited selection of men's frames, but that might have something to do with the demographic of JCPenney's itself. They had a rather misleading two frames for $99 deal, but the selection of frames and lens options (plastic lenses with no coating, not even UV) that were actually eligible were even more limited. We ended up paying over 100% more than the listed sale price when all was said and done. I would (and have) recommend to anyone to get their eye exam there, but maybe just get your prescription and go elsewhere for glasses.

I have gone here for 4 or 5 years now and each time I go I wonder why I made that decision again. The appointments are always straightforward, but dealing with ordering glasses or contacts is a nightmare. I once waited over 2 months for a pair or new lenses for my glasses to get home with them and find out they were the complete wrong prescription. A recent situation happened with contact lenses and since I am outside of the window they refuse to swap them out for me. I need to find a new eye doctor pronto!

Sarah F., the manager, is awesome. I've experienced nothing but excellent customer service. She followed through tirelessly to ensure that I had a replacement when one of my frame's hinges went awry within a month of wearing. I was kept well-informed of the process and am very happy with the after-sales service and support. More power to you guys!

My husband and I had been seeing another optometrists for years. We were tired of paying such high prices for exams and new glasses, so we decided to give JCP a try and we are so glad we did!!!! The doctor was efficient, knowledgeable and took her time with us. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and even funny, when was the last time you laughed at your eye doctor? I can't recommend them strongly enough. Great service, great prices and our glasses were ready in 6 days!!!! Go to JCP, you won't be disappointed. R.Roberge 2/21/17
