i stopped into the jareds jewelry store, late sunday afternoon, the 28th of july 2024. i had a very inexpensive watch that needed a battery replacement and i had spent the better part of two days trying to find someone that could/would do this for me. there were three employees there (2 women, one man) and i told them what i needed. one of the ladies looked at it and that they probably would have to send it out. i said that i was just visiting, and was flying out in just a few hours. it was then suggested that i try the zales store in the adjacent mall and i said (honestly) that they had referred me to them. well, the two ladies kinds sorted hemmed and hawed and the man said, let me take look. i handed it him and he said, i make no promises but lets see what i can do. he took off and i was standing there with the two ladies. one of the ladies noticed my wedding band (gold band with 5 natural gold nuggets attached) and asked if she could have a better look. i took it off and she asked if she could polish it up for me and i agreed. she also asked if my wife was in the car outside and if she had her band with her she would be happy to polish it as well. the man returned very shortly with the watch ticking away. the lady returned with the ring and i asked what i owed them and was given a number FAR less than i expected. my hats off to that particular store and the people working there that afternoon. thank you very much. i never expected such great service especially because i was not a customer and didn't purchase the watch from them. again thank you.

Adam Kadel was absolutely amazing he fixed an issue for us with our ring and completely understood our concern about a broken ring. Will only deal with him going forward he was truly wonderful

I am very pleased with my visit to Jared’s. I bought my wife a set of diamond earrings a few years ago and she lost one. So for her birthday, I recently went to Jared’s where I bought them and they had the records of our purchases. We got our wedding rings there as well. I was able to get the info for the earring so I could match the same diamond. Sherry was so helpful! I decided that my wife was deserving of an upgrade, and it was also for her birthday, so Sherry helped me pick them out. I was able trade in the old one towards the purchase of the new ones. I also purchased the Lifetime Protection Program.
I’ve always been happy doing business with Jared’s. They deserve 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

I had an issue with a tag Heuer watch that I bought at a Jared's in Washington State. Penny helped me locate the serial number and took a photo and sent it to me. I had a buyer on eBay who needed the serial number to make his decision to buy. And I could not find it. It took her two minutes and then cleaned it for me . She was a professional and I would definitely recommend that you should ask for her if you visit Jared's in Portsmouth NH.

Sherry and Zhivka are absolute angels. They took amazing care of me when I am a first time fiance' with nerves and custom designing my own engagement ring on top of that. They talked me through everything, made me laugh, took care to ask my input in everything, and let me know that my ring will look absolutely perfect. They reassured me that I can be a part of every step of the process and edit everything and anything I want. 100% love my experience here.

My son, on his own, brought my Movado Sport Junior to Jared to see if the movement could be replaced.He brought it in, had it sent out, and had a quote in less than a week.The price they quoted was $50 less than the shop said, and the watch was back in another week.I have cherished this watch for nearly 30 years, and now, my old friend is back with me.Jared service is top of the charts!
