I have been a customer for over 2 years. My check I was great, Joe was very helpful. Today I went back to put a table in my unit (I forgot the unit #) so Joe helped me find it and put the table from my car into the unit, he also had to move a few containers as one was crushed, he made things more stable and space for the table. Thanks Joe, you're the best!!

I have been a customer for over 2 years and Joe is amazing! Every time I speak to him he has the answers I need. Today I couldn't remember my unit, he came with me to find it and I had a table in my car, he got it out, moved boxes so we could fit it in my unit! Joe is helpful and just a good guy

I recently had a unit here. The manager is nice, helpful and made himself available after hours during this pandemic. I appreciate the help. I will certainly be Back in the future when the need is there I appreciate joe for being super helpful and respectful during a stressful time of moving. This is the only storage unit place I will use! Highly recommend hauch storage

Good prices easy to get in an out , an also really close to the high way (16 and 95). Everyone has always been real helpful if i needed anything or had any questions. Defiantly the best storage place I've used in this area.

You might not think customer service is important in a storage provider, but every time I've needed something above and beyond from the folks at Hauch, they've come through for me with flying colors! Hauch has very competitive pricing at a location that's easy to get to, *and* they provide great service. Highly recommended.

I have 2 units at Hauch storage I think they recently changed management and front desk people. 2 weeks ago my unit had a little leak. The girl at the desk Miranda are great. Miranda made a call to the manager joe and they had it fixed the same day. they are not like other places. They have a Security fence and someone lives on site. I have other storage lockers around town and pay double the price I do at Hauch. Thank you very much
