“Service has always been great at this Best Buy, however the last time we were there, we found the service to be lacking. We needed help and 3 different staff came up to see if they could help us, and each of them were more interested in watching other customers than helping us. It wasn't a busy day so there were plenty of staff walking around but none who approached seemed to really want to be there helping customers. Our experiences in the past have always been pretty good but not this time. Hopefully the next visit will be better.”

She was kind , helpful , friendly and patient as she assisted not only my friend but several other customers during our time with her . This young woman deserves a raise !”
