“Great service from staff. I was buying men's thermal gloves in quantity of 20. Not quite enough in Seabrook store so friendly associate suggested I call Newington store. Associate there was glad to hold 13 of same gloves for me. Also very friendly and glad to help. She held the bag for me while I drove up. Other staff behind counter there also very friendly. Nice to see helpful friendliness during the busy season! Thank you Five Below!”

“I went to this Walmart location on my lunch, hoping to get my son's two watch batteries replaced. No one was at the jewelry counter, but I spied someone close by and asker her for help. Super nice! I believe I heard another associate call her Michelle...but her nametag read "Coach." While she was taking apart the first watch, another associate came by to assist...this store seems to have employees with great rapport and friendly staff. They seem to be doing something right here! I got back from lunch on-time, got a new battery, and service with a smile. You can't beat that! Thank you!”

“I love JC Penney's; always have. The quality of the clothes is usually very high and for competitive prices. And they always have many sizes in every item. I rarely have trouble finding things in my size. Through the years I have watched them change. I have had the fortune of living all over the country and particularly enjoyed the shopping experiences in the California stores where the inventory is larger and the staff is more plentiful. This store at the Fox Run Mall is always understaffed. There is typically only a single cashier on duty and they take their time. I have waited so long at times that I abandon my purchases to a nearby table and leave the store empty handed. Like most retail stores these days the staff is very slow at cashing people out and you can wait 10 minutes to pay for your purchase even when you are the only person in line. I have had to sit and listen to idle conversation as the cashier slowly rings out each customer. Part of it is the corporate training where they try to talk each and every customer into their credit card. And even when it's finally my turn and I get up to the register they won't take 'no' for an answer when they begin their sales pitch for their credit card. It is obnoxious. I have enough credit cards. The last thing I need is to extend my wallet with another. And it actually hurts your credit rating when you have too many credit cards. Back-off the credit cards please! I am highly educated and I manage my credit profile carefully. When a customer says no, that should be the end of it. But it is not enough to throw me off the brand. I will continue to endure the cashing out process for good quality, affordable clothing which you most often find here.”

“Had seen a woman at the Portsmouth 'Market Basket' recently wearing a pair of very attractive and functional looking light brown winter boots, so I took the opportunity and asked her where she had bought them, she replied; "Kohl's". I went to 'Kohl's' after my shopping, walked in the door, and just about dead-a-head off the port bow, there were the boots on display. And yes, I bought them...”

“Not a makeup person, but had to become one recently for work purposes....I have thus been in and out of Sephora quite a few times and each time, the employees treated me with the utmost kindness. Thank you for your hospitality.”
