Lied to me and told me my phone was broken and I should leave it there or upgrade to a new one and throw it away… to the same iPhone to the iPhone repair store and they fixed it for less than $100. Using it right now to write this review. Y’all are trash … don’t get scammed by these thieves.

Will clearly never go back. Would give a negative 2 star rating if I could. They need to work on their customer service skills and how to be friendlier. The prices for their products are 'mall' over priced as is to be expected but when you throw rude employees on top of that it's a no go. I excused myself from the store before I made a purchase. Their loss because they missed out on a customer but a win for my wallet because I didn't spend money on a cheap over priced product that I could find on amazon with better quality and cheaper.

Do not bring your phone here. There’s a great lack of communication and an even greater lack of follow through. Caused significant damage to phone and refuse to fix it. Go literally anywhere else.
