I went to Bernie and Phyl's 11/3/24 looking to find a smallish size couch with a chaise. To my delight, within 15 minutes I
surprisingly, had found exactly what I was looking for, and color that I wanted. It will be delivered in a couple days.

I will not buy furniture anywhere else. Rebecca helped me at the Newington, NH store. She is very thorough!! Such a night/day difference comparing Nashua to Newington. Rebecca explained everything about the fabric grades, proper cleaning procedure, etc. I did not get that experience in Nashua at all. From here on out, I will drive the extra distance to see her in Newington. So worth it!!

I had a very positive experience while shopping for a recliner today. My sales agent Shawn, was very helpful, answered all my questions and made suggestions without being pushy. I left to think about things at home but called Shawn later after I made a decision to buy a particular chair. He set up a date for delivery and handled everything easily over the phone.

Our second sectional purchase at Bernie and Phyl's was just as good as the first! The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Their warranty service is fantastic and had a great experience with reselecting new items when ours could not be repaired. Would recommend to anyone for sectional shopping
