We arrived today with a cat. We received full, detailed service, in warm and loving hands. We were very impressed with the care and attitude towards us and the cat. We have only one complaint and that is regarding the very expensive price that includes the treatment provided. We understand that this is the case everywhere in the US and this is the norm, but it doesn't have to be this way. I recommend that others of course come to this hospital for the treatment of their pet, but only after obtaining supplementary medical insurance for animals that will cover and reimburse the cost of the treatments that are so expensive. This is very disappointing Because it puts you in a terrible dilemma that on the one hand we really want to treat and help our pet, on the other hand it's very, very expensive and it's a shame.

We have been using this vet for about 3 years and they have always been great. The vets are super nice, very thoughtful staff. When our cat had to cross the rainbow bridge we got a heartfelt card with her paw print inside. Just a great crew of people.

Placed a call and left message to call me back to schedule yearly check up on my dog. They call me back and i messaged them my dogs medical records and we have appointment coming up. Person i spoke with over phone was friendly and respectful.

Truly take the time and care about your pets. Go into the details of care, medication, and possibly issues so you don't leave the office with more questions. Wonderful staff and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

We have a lot of pets and have used 4 different vets in the seacoast area in the last 15 years. .thier prices are fair, right in the middle. But we find they just try harder and do a better job at the little things that adds up to make a better experience for you and your pet

I just moved up here a couple months ago I was nervous of course coming to a brand new vet to take care of my Fur baby but I’m very happy I went with the choice of picking Stratham Newfields! Very friendly staff and professional treated my dog so well at his first visit and made him feel at ease because he was super nervous they even sent such a nice thank you card in the mail ! and my dog had a quick emergency and needed to be seen and they told me to come in right away and it was 10 minutes before they were closing ! Very passionate and nice love this place !!

I could go on and on here. Spent $450 to get a needle aspirate to see if my dog had mass cell (overall $715 for his yearly checkup) I get the call that the prognosis did not come back clear enough. Thinking theyd ask me to come back to do it again, they wanted another $450! On top of it all the phone 'drops' after talking to the vet about the outrageous price. I call another vet that my family uses for their dog... $58 for a needle aspirate. If you have money to blow, go here.
