Despite being there for 5 hours (not Verizon’s fault, Apple’ fault) , Mathew was extremely professional and helped me through the whole process in upgrading my phone. He was patient and made sure everything was situated & working before I left.

Terrible business. Came here to upgrade a phone and whoever manages the store only had one person staffing the store that had just been hired. That being said, the sole employee was GREAT and tried his best to help us… but management of this place for leaving one person on shift during the weekend needs to be looked at… had over 2 hour wait time and long lines…
If the manager is having issues with staffing he should help staff the store and not take weekends off and go on vacation. Will not be recommending.

Ordered a phone on a Thurs and had to upgrade my line to get the deal. I was told my phone would be in Mon./Tues. latest. 2 WEEKS later they left a voicemail saying phone is in. (Tracking notice came to my email… phone was there and signed for on the Monday I was told it would be there) I called back 3 minutes after they left voicemail and no one answered so I left a voicemail stating I don’t want the phone now because I got one somewhere else. A week and a half later they call and I answered went like this: Verizon: hello are you going to come get your phone? Me: well I left you a voicemail over a week ago telling you I got a new phone elsewhere. Verizon: oh you did? Me:yes Verizon: oh ok I guess we’ll return it CLICK end of call. They don’t seem very customer service oriented and I will not go back

Matt is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond!!!! I had extremely precious voicemails I had saved from my parents, who have passed, that didn’t transfer to my new phone. Two customer service representatives and three hours later Matt had them saved and downloaded to my new iPhone. Having the voice from your parents is Priceless! Thank you Matt❤️?❤️

This location gets a 5 star review because of the store manager Kevin. He was always super helpful as an associate as well. He is always busy because people know he can help them. I can't say enough about how helpful and kind he is . I have also watched him handle rude customers in a much nice way than they deserved. You are fortunate to have him as an employee, make sure you keep him.

Very nice sales associate. He helped me obtain a new phone since my old one had water damage. He also loaded all my photos and data over to my new phone and he even helped me apply my new Verizon card and $100 pre paid Visa card to my purchase today.
