Despite being there for 5 hours (not Verizon’s fault, Apple’ fault) , Mathew was extremely professional and helped me through the whole process in upgrading my phone. He was patient and made sure everything was situated & working before I left.

Can’t thank Will and Kevin enough for all their help and expertise! They took the time to really explain everything in great detail even though they were so busy! 10/10 recommend them both.
