Jack performed the impossible. Although Verizon says it employs AI to give you a better and more personal service - that’s rubbish. I needed a real person with a keen brain and heaps of patience to navigate the Verizon “ labyrinth “ and finally get me a new Prepaid account and phone number. Yay Jack!!! Thank you!!
