I went to go pick up my packages due to non delivery. Was given someone else’s package and only one of my two packages. I went back in to get my other package and the knucklehead behind the counter said she can’t give me my package and won’t look anymore. Refused to look for it. Both post lady’s behind the counter have horrible attitudes and should be fired. It’s your job to get people’s mail. That’s why you are there. This post office needs to be rehabbed and new management put in place.

These people are absolutely incompetent. They are poorly trained and supervised. Anything the postmistress doesn't handle personally is virtually guaranteed to get screwed up.

Wish I could rate lower people that I encountered there today we're extremely Condescending Instead of taking a second to go look for packages The first lady decided Just to say no and shake her head Didn't even attempt to find my package The second lady was slightly better She actually made somewhat of an effort But still Very condescending They acted as though they're misplacing of my package was my fault And because Don't know how to remember simple instructions Decided to put it in a P.O box I have absolutely no connection to And had no clue it was there

Scratching my head...how can this post office close at 5pm on weekdays, making it impossible to have a full-time job and also get/send your packages from the post office window? I know there are a lot of students and retirees in New London, but certainly some people have jobs with hours that unfortunately mean your day doesn't end in time for you to get to the post office on time. Pretty please Post Office, consider staying open until 6pm. Or at least 5:30pm?

With everything going on with the USPS these days (cut backs, Covid, delays, etc), my package being no exception, except for the quick response from an email that I sent to USPS. This post office reassured me that my package dilemma (extreme delay from NY to NH), would be handled, and delivered with care, and concern. Soon after, my package was delivered, as promised! I appreciated the phone call, and an understanding voice. Thank you, New London Post Office for your service and dedication to the community, and your sincere kindness!

this is an outstanding facility. Miss Moen and all the clerks are extremely helpful. I do not say this about just any post office . I could ,but won't, cite some really bad ones.

Didn't check my passport paperwork properly before they sent it out, 2 months later my passport was denied because the seal wasn't raised but the post office said it was good to go.
