These people are absolutely incompetent. They are poorly trained and supervised. Anything the postmistress doesn't handle personally is virtually guaranteed to get screwed up.

The staff here are helpful and deal with a very high volume of letters / parcels.

No one's perfect, but these folks are consistently helpful and friendly. This is despite handling a pretty demanding crowd....
