We have only been using this pharmacy for a few months since Warner pharmacy sadly closed their doors. Not quite as much of a selection as Warner but much happier with them then the other local pharma. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I've never had any issues getting vaccinations or prescriptions here. The staff behind the counter is pretty friendly and the pharmacists are professional and courteous. I get most, if any, prescriptions through the mail but when I need to get one filled in person, this is my "go to" place.

I have given this pharmacy so many opportunities and they continue to disappoint me.My prescription specifically says no substitutions and they continue to try and substitute.Another time they ran 3 months through insurance and did a “we owe you 2 months”. A month goes by I go in for my next 2 months and they still don’t have it ready. When I complained they then hand me a substitute to which I said “I can’t take that” and argued “it’s the same thing” and I said “not when I ended up in the hospital last time you substituted” so I had to transfer my prescription.I called 3 times this week to update my insurance and they were not being helpful. I called again today and they said just bring it in when you pick up your prescription. I then go in and they are annoyed that my insurance isn’t up to date and they said they had to rerun everything on the first prescription and the second had to be verified by my doctor. They tell me to go wait in the hall. 30 mins later I just ended up leaving because I have a job too and can’t wait all day. Had they taken my insurance over the phone like I asked I wouldn’t of had to wait. AND they were annoyed it wasn’t updated when I got there? The front cashiers are always SO unpleasant.Also, they should tell me when I am on the phone with them if you don’t have something in stock or if my doctor needs to send over a refill. I live 20 mins away and waste so much time dealing with this mess of a place. I can’t even count how many times I go there and my prescription isn’t ready and they didn’t bother to tell me on the phone.

Staff and pharmacist are very friendly and knowledgeable BUT they constantly run out of medicines that their customers can't go without, they pick and choose who they will fill prescriptions for even when the customers have the SAME insurance that pays them the SAME price!

Quick & expert service. They go over and above to make sure you are fully taken care of. Makes working with them fun because of their personable attitudes. Great features in addition to medications, EG-outstanding cards. Couldn’t be more pleased with Kevin (got it right) and his wonderful co-workers!
