Went there while it was pretty empty and got seen really fast, which was nice. Think they gave me the trans guy nurse bc I'm a trans guy, and I think that's pretty cool

I’ve used the Emergency Room at New London Hospital 5 times in the last ten years, most recently in December 2022. The staff has been excellent each time. They are very attentive and caring. Highly recommend.

I saw Dawn S Straniero at the ER and it was a absolutely terrible experience. She is a bigot and was demeaning and judgemental.
