Tabitha made the process of buying our first home so easy. A lot of people had said that the process can be hard and arduous. This couldn’t have further from the truth. We were surprised how easy everything was from putting in an offer to closing day.

This Broker owned agency is top rate ! I have sold 3 homes and bought 2 with them, and it was a perfect experience. Stefan Timbrell, Joe Burns and Dimitri Dimakis are the best guys going !I have recommended them several times, and will be using them in the future .

We reached out to Ty Morris to inquire about land in Sunapee, NH that was listed that same day. We were told that there was already an offer on the land and that we would have to put our offer in by morning. I immediately typed up on offer and sent it to Ty. I was then told we'd hear back the next day. The next day comes and we hear nothing (after all the offers supposidely had to be in by) so I reached out and Ty told me that the sellers went on a ski trip to Maine and he'd be talking to them in the afternoon, contradicting what he told me the night before. A few hours later Ty then contradicted himself a second time and told me that the sellers are out of reach and I'd know the following day. The next day Ty told me that the seller chose the other offer because it had a contingency to have the land surveyed. Who would buy land without having it surveyed and perk tested? He then contracdicted himslef a third time and said the issue was the financing contingency when I have a 800 credit score and wanted to save my cash, hinting I could offer more! Who puts their land for sale then goes on a ski trip the next day and is out of reach? Ok, sounds fisshy right? To top it all off, the listing is still not "Pending" yet! Don't trust this place!

I couldn't have been more pleased with how Coldwell Banker Lifestyles and in particular realtor Tabitha Lemelin, handled the sale of my house on Silo Lane in Grantham, NH. From the very beginning she responded quickly and efficiently with regards to viewings and presented me with a full price offer within four days of listing! When I was having trouble getting through the requirements of house inspection, she stepped up to help me get the issues resolved in a timely and satisfactory way. I would highly recommend Tabitha as a sellers agent.

We purchased our home inn Newport, NH from Coldwell Banker Lifestyles in New London. The agent was so helpful and had thoroughly researched this home, and others we looked at, prior to our seeing the homes. Every one of our questions was answered, and the house we chose was perfect for us. Moving from another state was worrysome but the agent was with us all the way, the inspections went smoothly and the closing was a pleasure. We can't thank Coldwell Banker enough for their attention and knowledge!!!

Well they weren't the greatest nor were they terrible just not as great as expected.sold our house but Tabitha seemed more interested in working for the buyer rather than us.dimitri or how you spell his name seem disinterested and more concerned with my dog.both always late to either a showing or inspection.very frustrating! Both good people just didn't seem like into to much.tabitha not much of a listener think I repeated least 20 times of where we were moving or what our schedule was on our work.schedule showings when they knew at work.dimitri at one point emailed me an offer below what we asked and said review and sign.im like ummm can't I counter offer he's like it's a good deal I'm like yeah for you guys.honestly I hate to give a lukewarm review just seemed they didn't put alot more than I thought.did take care of our pool table even though was part of the house and neglected to tell the buyer.
