My son took my wife's car to get inspected. It had a bad wheel bearing, a missing wheel stud, and bent rear control arms. All of this I expected. However what I didnt expect was loose lugs on my rear passenger tire when they returned it to me. The tech forgot to tighten all 5 lugs and when my car was returned my son drove it home. I was concerned because if the techs don't ensure lugnuts are tight the owner should know. I called to inform him and he called me a liar along with a slew of other nasty names and said I was trying to blame him for my problems. I want nothing from them... I just didn't want it to happen to anyone else. The conversation continued and i tried to assure him i did not want them to pay for anything. After a heated exchange the owner threatened me and said one of these days he will find me in town. A business owner should not threaten customers. Period. Very unprofessional. I advise you to take your car somewhere else. Anywhere else. McDonald's would be a safer bet then here. Atleast they won't threaten you or your family.

Traveling to NH and a wheel bearing blew. Found this place and they were my Guardian Angles 100%. Fast, knowledgeable and best of all really kind! Highly recommend!!

Their towing fees are absolutely predatory. Charging people exorbitant fees when you're ALREADY in a precarious situation (i.e. needing a tow) is an actual scam, and just downright unethical.

Piss, poor attitude, and his wife comes out to try to smooth over the rudeness. This man causes Chaos in peoples lives For no reason . It is disgusting and disturbing how this man acts towards victims of car accidents. Disturbing the police use this as a go to for victims on the side of a road this needs to be looked into by the BBB

William came to the rescue this morning! He was prompt, professional, got the car to a safe spot, changed the flat tire in lightening speed and had us on our way faster than anything I’ve ever seen! Cannot recommend Them highly enough. Excellent service!!

Amazing! My sons car battery was done and fuses burnt out. He was at school and we drove down from Canada to meet him and bring home for the summer. New Hampton auto came and towed car and then when we picked it up the next day, we found out they were closed for Memorial day but had opened and fixed his car because they knew we were leaving to drive 5 1/2 hours home. Exceptional service. We wouldn’t get that in a big city. Thank you so much!! We appreciate you so much.

I had a late night emergency when I locked my dog in the car with my keys in the trunk, called the police and they told to me call a tow. I tried two other local towing companies both which could not help me due to the time. In hysterics, Plymouth P.D recommended New Hampton Auto and someone was down to help me in 15 minutes, THANK YOU NH AUTO!
