Brought my car in after a hit and run, could not have been happier with how they handled it, they helped with the insurance, figuring out the payment, and on top of all that Jim absolutely killed it, can’t even tell I was ever hit, the paint is spotless and it only took 2 weeks, would highly recommend surefire to anyone I know

Jon and his team are fantastic! Seriously the best garage we have ever used. From a large job after we were rear-ended to everyday stuff, we trust Jon 100%. (They bought a new license plate surround to replace my old one, just as something nice to do. It had to be ordered from my home state and they completely surprised me with it when I picked up my vehicle. So nice and just above and beyond!) He is even able to manage our vintage Corvette, so we are able to take ALL of our vehicles to Jon. Thank you, Jon & Team! You guys are awesome! We won't go anywhere else. (P.S. Hi Maverick!)

Had some minor body work done. I called in and spoke with Jim. He let me know free estimates were done from 8:30-1:00 every day but Tuesday. I shot down there and they got me an estimate and booked the work out for me. No false promises here. They gave me a timeline, got the work done and got the car back to me right on time with it looking better than new. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

If you can get there between 9 & noon or when it's convenient for them this might be the place for you. Spent 30 min trying to get attention of guys in back only to he told "not today". I thought customer service was only dead at larger companies, guess not.

An honest, yes folks, i said honest, mechanic, that provides excellent work at a great price! I was told by some other establishment i needed front and back brakes, I took my truck to Jon, who said i only needed front brakes.

Jon's always been a reliable, money-saving, and honest technician for my Subaru. Was referred to Jon by a couple of friends years ago when I had simply had it with overpriced and less-than-competent auto repair folks and dealership service BS -- with Jon I've never been disappointed. My pickup truck recently broke down and I had my truck towed to a repair shop near where it broke down. They quoted $1650 to fix it. Instead, I paid $250 to have it towed all the way to Surefire. Jon at Surefire was able to fix it for under $700. My whole family has been going to Surefire for years and Jon always takes care of us with quality work on our vehicles at a more than fair price.
