On the evening of Saturday March 2nd my teen son and I were at the Pheasant Lane Mall. Walking from 1 store to another my son was sliced in the leg, through the store bag he was carrying, by a broken mug. We were close to an atrium area with central seating. Annie's Pretzels, Zales Jewelers, and Via Style (our actuql destination) cornered the area. At this point my son was bleeding down his leg onto the floor. We grabbed napkins from Annie's and sat him down to see what we were dealing with. The cut was actually very deep and almost 2inches long. Usually I'm super prepared with a blackhole purse carrying everything but a kitchen sink, however this trip was supposed to be quick with a couple specific things we needed only. I only had my phone, wallet and car keys...absolutely nothing to help with the injury until we could get home.But there was Zales and their INCREDIBLE STAFFERS; Kathy, Tami & Nelson. I charged in there, probably seeming like a lunatic and asked for their first aid kit. They were on it. Fast. In seconds they were asking what they could do to help, offering assistance in caring for my son, getting additional help if necessary and handing me the First Aid kit. No hesitation, no question.They did exactly what was needed AND with a sincere caring manner. I used a bunch of there supplies and returned the kit apologizing profusely for using everything up. Know what they said? They said; "Can we go ahead and throw out the trash for you?" taking, gently from my clenched hand, the pile of bandage and gauze wrappers. Again, showing the hearts of truly caring and caregiving individuals. They are a testament to all that is the professional customer SERVICE industry. Considering we weren't even their customer...THANK YOU Kathy, Tami & Nelson for being exactly who you are as wonderful humans and EXCELLENT representations of above and beyond service♡PS: my son ended up with 8 stitches and the on the spot care I was able to administer, due to their help, kept his wound clean and closed until we could get him to a Doctor.

If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER shop here. Their jewelry is cheap and breaks and the manager is completely unprofessional.Bough a necklace there and it broke 3 months later. Received earrings as a gift and they would not clasp. I highly recommend shopping for jewels anywhere else. Their stuff is cheap and they are rude and unprofessional.

Tammy and her staff is very informal and courteous. I needed a diamond for my wife broken engagement ring and Tammy came to my aid. Tammy sat with me for well over a hour going over how diamonds are ranked and showing me every available diamond. Because of the awesome help I received from Tammy I will now be driving a hour away to see her at ZALES for all my jewelry needs.

Tommy LeBrun Is by far the best Zales associate that I have ever Delt with. He found me EXACTLY what I was looking for!! He went above and beyond in order to get my wife’s ring done in the time I needed it done! I can’t thank him enough!!

So I went in to price some jewelry for my girlfriend, (I hope I have the names right) Riley was talking to me about what would be the best surprise for my girlfriend. Another associate just walks up and asked me to give her 5 stars on Google. WHILE IM TALKING TO RILEY! That was so unprofessional! I'm like wth?Riley just let her say what she wanted and continued chatting about the jewelry. I asked, that doesn't bother you? Riley says, no. I was shocked. I decided to wait before i buy something for my girlfriend, but before leaving I asked Riley did she want me to give her a 5star on Google. Riley replied no. I just want to give great customer service. I was floored!!!! I call that ultimate professionalism! More concerned about my girlfriend enjoying her gift.That is 5 stars! So surprised that I'm going back just because of the customer service I received! That Kathy needs to go!!!! Rude and a fake!!!! Thank you Riley!! I will see you again!

I had such a great experience with Riley and Emely. I am getting married in a couple weeks and they both made sure that they communicated with the repair team and with me on the status. I was getting nervous because I had to send it out twice. They were go wonderful and kept me calm. Thank you Riley & Emely for taking such good care of us.

Excellent service from Kathy, Asst Mgr, at Nashua NH Zales. Kathy assisted me in finding the perfect piece, and helped me with the chain as my fingers wouldn't work the clasp. Very kind and gracious. I will continue to use Zales with service like this
