Thank you to Christine and Mark who were lovely, polite, kind, and very helpful during my time at Xfinity. I had a hiccup with my hour long phone call with Xfinity‘s helpline and they were able to fix it seamlessly and save the weekend!

The in store service is very good and they take the time to explain things til you understand it but the phone service is very frustrating
