Absolutely egregious customer service! The saleman was a complete a**hole!Went is for a flat repair and requested that the lug nuts be reinstalled by hand because of the wheels being unilug Cragars with offset washers and I asked that they be torqued to 90 psi.The salesman snapped at me and cancelled the work telling me to go somewhere else acting like it was such a bother! As a customer, I could not have been treated any worse! I will never come back for any reason! If you want to be treated like less of a customer and more like an inconvenience, this is your go to place. The buisiness was run much better when the old man was still around!

Extremely incompetent. Installed incorrect tires on two seperate vehicles, causing damage to each vehicle. Refused to accept responsibility. We are preparing to drag these losers into small claims court. My advice is to avoid them AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Great place for tires anytime of year, especially in the winter months. Bob was fabulous and offered great customer service and a very pleasant demeanor. He explained everything thing to me including different options I had for tires available and price within my budget. I feel I got the best deal in town! I drive for Uber and I needed reliable and dependable tires for my Explorer. If I could give hi more tha 5 s I would!!!

A poor girl hit a value stem on the rear driver side door. The stem was damaged and leaking air. I went to four other places, but not one could work on it for three hours. The last place I went recommended Maynard & Lesieur. A customer sitting in the waiting room at the last place also recommended this tire store. I went in told them what I needed, the tech found the part in stock. I went to Martha's Exchange for a liquid lunch and new computerized value stem was installed and working in less than one hour. The price ($70) was about $50 less than all the other places. Fast, efficient and reasonable price.

Absolutely disgusting Behavior after two wheels were damaged one Hub Cap was broken. The Damage exceeds $500 when we first noticed the damage still on the property of the business the sales rep came out and confirmed the damage. However was unsure how the damage was caused due to machine design after looking at both wheels and verifying they were definitely damaged from the same cause. He then went to get the truck specialist who came out. He greeted us by saying so you did not buy your tires here now you want us to sell you wheels what the f**** Then continued to scream f*** you you f****** piece of s*** get the f*** off my f****** property repeatedly without any consideration to the fact that our 2017 truck just had two wheels damaged while they were servicing it. Do yourself the favor and have your vehicle towed to an alternative tire repair shop.
