Pharmacist working during the day, Wednesday 3/13/24 is terrible. Just terrible. Check your medication carefully. What a disrespectful attitude and demeanor. Please go somewhere else!

The tech was rude, he accused me of " paying for and picking my script up" at a different location. It was extremely busy, right after his lunch break . The way he said things to me he lead others to believe I was trying to scam him out of narcotics * 2 men started laughing at me after, and said I tried to pull a fast one". I WAS PICKING UP ETE DROPS AFTER EYE SURGERY . Eye drops to bring down eye pressure, not a big seller on the streets I'm sure. Took them hours to fill the prescription. Shame on Walgreens for allowing such a person to represent them. We pulled all our scripts to CVS. Don't recommend going to this location.

Every single month the pharmacy gets worse and worse..called in at 3 pm and they tole me my prescription would be ready by 530 witch is already reduclous..it is now almost 8 pm and it still isn't ready. And this is not even close to the first time this has happened..won't be returning to this pharmacy anymore

The pharmacy is terrible. They couldn’t fill my prescription for over 2 weeks, thenwithout informing me, filled my prescription with name brand instead of generic and tried to charge me $100. Go to the CVS up the street instead.

I’m only writing a review because I’ve always had a good experience with the pharmacy staff. They’re great despite how busy this place gets. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about the store employees and these are true. Just wanted to make sure the pharmacy staff wasn’t looped into those 2-star reviews.

consistently bad service and RUDE. I just had to go demand meds that were needed YESTERDAY and they didnt answer the phone for so long that I had time to drive there, get in line, and put the phone down still on hold. The entire time I watched a woman ignore the phones and look confused half the time, just telling everyone it would be “2 hours” to deliver scripts that were supposedly “ready for pick up” we spent THREE HOURS dealing with this today just for me to finally demand the meds and rhat I wouldnt leave the counter until they were filled… within 3 minutes I had both scripts in hand.This is not the first time weve had issues in the last 4-6 months. We are changing pharmacies first thing tomorrow. Lost our business.

I called the Nashua NH Walgreens (Amherst St), on 9/23/23 to check on the status of my prescriptions that were called in by my Doctor on 9/21/23. The phone for the pharmacist rang and rang and no one picked up. After several unanswered rings, I hung up and called the pharmacist again and got the message there were two callers ahead of me, then one caller, then the phone rang and rang and again no one picked up although it appeared after several rings that the call would connect and it appeared that I was then immediately placed on hold. This happened several times over and I could not get through to anyone in the pharmacy. As I could not get through to the pharmacy, I called and asked to speak to the store manager. The manager, Dan, took my call and offered to connect me directly to the pharmacy. He said I would be connected and not to hang up. I was then put into the same non-responsive on-hold music and eventually even that was disconnected on the Walgreens side. At this point I am disgusted with the way customers are treated at Walgreens. I no longer care to speak with the pharmacist or to check the status of my prescription with Walgreens as I am having my doctor send my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Walgreens, you've lost a customer and I recommend that anyone else having issues with Walgreens that they do the same as me and use a different pharmacy.

2:42pm came in for a usbc wall charger. Cashier never told me the subtotal.. which was $7 all I had was a $50 bill she rolled her eyes at me gave me my change and walked away. I said have a nice day and she just continued to speak to her coworker about a guy on Facebook. Nice. I'll just go somewhere else from now on. Your customer service really needs work. Especially when I come in for something other than medication... if this is how you greet your customers then you're losing out on sales.

Do not go here!!! Incorrect insurance listed (to one we’ve never been affiliated with - how is that legal?!), rude as can be, long wait times on a good day but today took the cake.. We were told “20 more minutes” for over an hour while they argue with customers because they can’t figure out their own computer system. The store manager and Pharmacists should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business in this manner!!!

Its not surprising to see how poorly rated this place is. This will be my last visit. Going to CVS across the street permanently.Here is todays visit. I arrive at 6:00PM, i hand over the prescription, and the pharmacist says it’ll be 30 min. I have a 2 year old with me so i ask if i can just come back in 30 min, they say yes.We arrive 45 min later… and wait… it is now 7:51 and we’re still waiting. 2 hours to make a 30 min prescription….They also took my paperwork so i can’t just run over to CVS.I’ll give them 2 stars if they get us our medicine before 8PM…

Claimed same day delivery for my prescription, I prepaid for it. They never showed up. Now it's a Saturday night and I cannot get my heart medication they claimed they were going to deliver 2 days ago. And now all the local Walgreens are closed and I'm unable to get my needed medication. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. There is a new pharmacist and she is extremely rude & disrespectful. Never had an issue until, she arrived. I called one day and she spoke to me like I was trash then hung up on me. She makes me wait until, I'm out of my meds completely before she fills them. I definitely think she is discriminating against me. My doctors office was told what she's doing and will be calling her soon. I wouldn't suggest this pharmacy to anyone. Especially, if you are disabled and have pain problems. Go somewhere else where they won't discriminate against you. Not worth it! I only go there because I don't have a car. My doctors office is disgusted in her behavior.

Great service, and knowledgeable and polite. Looking for over the counter medicine, I asked one of the employees about which one would be the best one for me, she explained to me to always look at the list of ingredients. Especially the main ingredient. The pharmacy is always very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. Love this store.
