This Walgreens has really gone down hill my visit was on 8/24/24 at 8:05 pm the cashier ignored me roughly tossed my stuff in the bag then proceeded to cough directly in my face and still said nothing on the small chance management cares the video will show and prove what I'm saying you can see me back up fast she did it on purpose I feel. Too not even offer a apology is disgusting.

The pharmacy really struggled with my refills when it was a new/different pharmacist. Sometimes, I am waiting extra days for my prescription.

Worst customer service ever. I went in looking for hair color of what isle. I asked a young woman location and she says to me well, technically I'm on my break but I guess I'll help you..I'm thinking did she really just say that to me? What did that mean I don't have to help you but I will then rudely points put right down there! Well, I was a bit thrown off as I was polite but apparently I disturbed her. I asked her name she annoyed tells me Peter. I just wanted hair color , disgusted because this isn't the first bad customer service here.

You could tell they were severely understaffed. We went to pick up a photo book and it took us over 20 min. to even find someone who could help us.....and there were only 3 small parties in the store!
