Overall, people were nice and helpful. What was not explained was the fees. When ordering an apple watch for my daughter, we were given cost for watch and monthly service fees. And the standard activation fees. Was was NOT explained was the $35 setup fee. My 16 year old daughter paid it thinking it was the activation fee and then we were billed for the activation fee on our next bill. When I stopped in the store to iron it out, there was nothing they could do besides offer a gift card for an in store accessory. Normally I go to the Verizon store on dw highway and have never been charged a setup fee. Will be the case going forward. No plans to ever use this store again.

Shaun was very patient with me. He was busy and helping 3 different people all at the same time. Very impressive. I will only come to this location to see Shaun.

Within 30-45 minutes, I had a new phone ready to go and with all files, contacts, messages, voice mails, etc., transferred over from my old phone. I couldn't ask for better service.

Shaun was very helpful in getting my new phone set up and dealing with an issue as I ordered the wrong phone for my husband and needed to reorder the correct phone. He made the calls he needed to get the correct information and made the appointment go as smooth as possible.

Upgraded my business plan, which took about 2 hours. I was told it would save money as well as purchased a new phone, that I had to set up at home. Setting up my new phone at home did not work on the verizon network, 2 hours later on the phone with customer service I still have no working phones. Thanks for the solid help.

We always go out of our way to visit this Nashua Verizon store instead of the one closer to our house. Shaun helped oue entire family with phone upgrades, and helped our 12 year old son pick out his first phone, set it up, and answer his questions. Shaun always helps us pick out necessary accessories and make sure the cases and screen protectors are put on correctly. He is very patient and never makes us feel like we are bothering them. When it is crowded we arre greeted and given an idea of how long the wait will be so we can run other errands. We always receive excellent service and support at Russell Cellular and won't go anywhere else.
