The woman employee was obviously annoyed and impatient with my lack of understanding with using the new scanning device for Amazon returns. I am 87 and very hard of hearing so new technology can be very confusing. The service at this UPS was always 5 star but not so now from this recent experience.

The website states that they offer USPS Priority Mail shipping, but the woman at the counter was adamant that they don't. Wasted a trip based on what was posted online.
