Service is always excellent. It's a very busy place but seems to run efficiently. Vincenzo, the staff member who most frequently helps me, is friendly, efficient, and is a master multi-tasker.

Vinny went above and beyond for me. I bought an air conditioner online which was a mistake and it wasn’t blowing cold so I had to send it back. It was going to cost me more to send it back than what I paid for it. Vinny told me who to call and it was taken care of. Every time I go in there he is very pleasant. Thank you Vinny and your company should be proud to have someone who cares taking care of the store

Vinny was extremely helpful with my experience, I was in need of returning a package and printing my label. He was very friendly and welcoming to every customer that walked in the door and asked me how my weekend was. I will definitely be coming back as my preferred location for shipping business.
