I brought my 2000 BMW Z3 into ABS recently and the overall experience was excellent ? Tim and Dan are efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful! They represent the company well! I brought our car in for an oil change and an overall assessment of needs (24 year old beauty). Their assessment was super helpful and done well, put in priority order, itemized and each recommendation included photos and their justification. This will allow us to determine what to get done first when we take the car out of storage after the winter. Thank you!

I'm very nervous about bringing my cars into shops, but I had a few friends recommend UBS and I figured I'd give them a try. After an extremely thorough inspection, detailed tech notes, unbeatable prices, and advisors that are efficient and love being there, I will not be bringing my BMW anywhere else. I absolutely trust them and their work. Tim & Dan are absolutely wonderful, dedicated, and genuinely enjoyed helping me. They were beyond transparent and offered incredibly detailed answers for every question I had. Having a transmission rebuild could've been a miserable experience, but Tim, Dan, and the amazing tech, went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, informed, and involved. All around an incredibly positive experience - these guys are the best!

Very happy with the experience working with Ultimate Bimmer. Their service advisors are excellent communicators, so you always know what's happening with your car, and what it will cost. They worked on my M340 recently, and my wife's X3 a little while back and my M3 even further back. Much better experience than with some BMW dealerships not too far away, and less expensive. I was pleased to be put in a near new BMW loaner car, clearly a nice upgrade over the loaner cars from the days of the previous Nashua location ( although to be honest it's good to be offered pretty much any loaner car and I'm not that picky). Actually the new location is better than the old in every way. I intend to use Ultimate Bimmer for my BMW service needs moving forward, even though its a significant drive from my home in Massachusetts.

This place is a gem! I like to do as much of my own work as I can, Ultimate Bimmer Services picks up where my abilities end. Whether this is diagnosing or doing an alignment, they do a great job and I trust them.

I was in the auto body business for 40 years and after moving to a different state and having to find a new mechanic to work on my wife’s BMW. Went to a BMW dealership but they didn’t want to fix its problems (or couldn’t) I had driven by this place and stopped in. I am very happy that I did!! Honest upfront and absolutely knew what to do and willing to fix them all!! I would highly recommend them for repairs to your BMW!!! Thanks

Just had my first visit and I will be going back. Super service, did exactly what I asked them to do. While they pointed out other items that I needed to get done, there was no pressure to get it done right then.
