This review is in reference to Tulley BMW, Manchester, NH. They have two locations, Nashua, and Manchester. Made a deposit on a car, a few days later came back with the intention of using my trade-in as part of the transaction. On the way to the dealer, someone rear ended me. That is my trade-in that got rear-ended! The people at Tulley worked with me by having the necessary repair work on my trade-in be completed in house, at their body shop at the Nashua location, and when repairs are finished, assuming not totaled, they will cut me a check for the car. Also, on top of that, my car insurance network went down for 5 days during that period. So was a convoluted path to a Certified Pre-owned BMW. Bottom line, the people at Tulley will work with you and do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your purchase. And of special note, their pricing overall seems better then Herb Chambers. So in my book, Tulley is the top BMW dealer in New England. Highly recommend them when purchasing a new or certified pre-owned BMW.

Bought a new car, and warrantys after reviewing the details decided to cancel the warrantys, they said we could and the money would be applied to gm loan ,said it would be 2-3 weeks after calling to confirm if ethos had refunded the money they had, all but service plan they said that was a dealer refund and i would have to talk to them still waiting for my $1267.00 Tully was fast to get their money but not anxious to refund if not for my salesman peter no one else would return call customer service is horrible be wear!

I bought my first BMW with Vinnie. He was the absolute best to work with. Very knowledgeable about all the BMW features and he guided me through the entire process with ease. I went to a few dealerships and it didn't quite feel right, so I kept searching, I came across this place skeptical at first due to this being the first time I've ever bought a vehicle at a dealership, when I walked in, there was positive energy and vibes and a bunch of salesman waiting to help you, I quickly got helped by a salesman called Michael torigian who's business card I have posted in the photo who was nothing but respectful, charismatic, and professional and helpful to listen to and questions I hade and did everything possible to meet my commands which in the end he and another gentlemen help make happen, before I left I met with the sales manager mark Pike who was nothing but professional, courteous, and humble and did everything in his power to make it a smooth transition getting this jeep, they really do treat you like family and they are very good at what they do to make sure you happy with a new vehicle. I highly recommend if you are looking for you're next vehicle these guys will go above and beyond to make sure it happens. Thank you so much again for helping me to make this happen!

I will be calling the manager about what happened with my car. I came on today and found my review was deleted. You can't figure out a noise coming from my front end, can't figure out my AC/heating, and then leaving my oil cap loose. You will be hearing from me. What has the world come to that people can't even man up to something, they just delete it and make it go away like nothing happened.

Worked with Warren, rep and Bob M, sales manager, both were great to deal with. This is the second BMW we purchased from Tulley in the past 15 mos. Both times Bob made the experience very enjoyable and low stress. We got very good deals both times and would highly recommend Bob, Warren and Tulley Automotive if you are buying a BMW.

We’ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continued support.This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST!We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. We really enjoyed working with you!Thank you, Tulley BMW and Tulley GMC, once again for making our car purchase experience so pleasant!! (I am not sure how many people can say that)

This place has been horrible lately. It's as if once the covid restrictions ended they made the decision to lie, cheat and steal. I had new tires installed a month before service and they recommended new tires. They said "based on age" my coolant reservoir needed to be changed. I asked to replace a light bulb, they said no lights were out, but I still DO have a light in the left rear that is out. Thanks for putting on a new inspection sticker anyway...incompetent bafoons.

From the second I purchased my car a month ago there’s been nothing but issues. I brought to they’re attention less than a week after purchasing my certified preowned car that the FRONT breaks squeak and grind. I was told to bring it in and they’d take a look at it. After serveral hours in the waiting room someone came out and told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my car and that squeaky breaks are normal for GMC vehicles. I continued to voice my concerns but was blown off and told to drive a few thousand miles to see if the squeak goes away. At that point I left extremely frustrated and called the manager. I voiced my concerns to him, he told me to bring the vehicle back and he’d personally take a test drive with me. He also mentioned in that conversation that he believes its my back breaks causing the squeak/grind and also told me that it’s very normal for GMC breaks to squeak. About a week goes by before they can get me in for an appointment, and the entire time during my test drive with the manager I expressed how its making me feel crazy but just want to make sure the vehicle is safe for my 2 year old, ect. He reassured me he’d handle it and could clear as day feel and hear the grinding/squeaking. Later that evening I get my car back and nothing is fixed. I called the manager again who then proceeds to tell me when he took a test drive by himself it actually felt and sounded more like the front.. He allowed them to touch/mess with my back breaks knowing that it was actually my front.. THEN proceeded to give me back the car and tell me I need to understand that GMCs breaks squeak. So I bring my car back AGAIN for a 3rd time another week later and get front breaks replaced. After nearly 8 hours, I get a call that my car is ready to be picked up and that I’d be getting some handouts to learn more about breaks, how to press on my breaks, certain road conditions, what could cause squeaking, ect… I have felt extremely offended, frustrated, and angry during this entire process. They continueously disregarded my concerns about the front breaks.. WELL GUESS WHAT after replacing the front breaks my car no longer squeaks or grinds.. if they had just listened to me the first time it would’ve saved them from putting new back breaks and rotors on my car. Then to top off this entire experience, I picked up my WHITE car this evening and all along my passenger door is black oil marks and handprints smudged all over the side.. I had to take it through the car wash and it still wouldn’t come off. The picture below is AFTER a car wash and numerous attempts at scrubbing it off. I would not recommend anyone getting a vechicle from them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The last 2 weeks we got 2 new cars from Tulley, but we have been buying cars from there for many years. Mike Laudano is an excellent salesman and knows his GMC cars and trucks. Tulley always provides excellent customer service and we won’t buy anywhere else and especially from Mike Laudano!!!!

Repaired my recall at no expense and also provided me with a nice rental vehicle for the day. They gave me a video on everthing I needed to fix on my vehicle at no charge and washed my car while I drank a complimentary coffee and the coffee bar.
