The worst customer service on the planet. After waiting 23 minutes to speak to someone they give me a complete run around to dispute a fraudulent charge on my debit card, The woman is acting like its my fault. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place is racist towards people whom are not American my dad went there and made a deposit on Monday and today dec/21 they did not want to let my dad make a deposit after telling me he could used his Nevada ID. This place is inconsistent they allowed it one day and the next time they didn’t wanna do it

They are ridiculous. They make everything 10 times difficult to open or close anything. I'm trying to close an account that is created because I took a loan that has been paid off. Representative cannot do anything on the phone they're not allowed to apparently. make you verify everything even though they know it's you because you already verified five things. But then they want you to verify again via letter and then via email, and then via letter again- make sure you scan it no picture. They made an error on your email, and though you verified social, address. Phone number, your mothers religion, and your fathers favorite food when he's 3. An email error on them,holds more weight. But you can write a letter to close account- But we have to verify your signature three times. Like come on. If you want to make it difficult for yourself, to even set up a auto pay, phone customer service, but get no help because you have to do all this stupid stuff, via emails and letters. Go to triangle. Mind you there's 2 dollars in there. Let me close the damn account.

Asked to borrow $1,000. I have a 650 FICO. Earn $80,000/year. Have paid 2 loans off with them- better than agreed, all on time payments. Been with them for 15 years. I needed just another $1,000 for deposit and first month rent on a place. ( AND- I had documentation that I was receiving $138,000 check in 7 days). They said no. Astonishing. I'm gonna switch to another bank. $1,000 for one week- and they said no. Absolutely Astonishing.

This is the absolute worst credit union I have ever worked with. They make it impossible to pay your car loan, I have to drive in person to get the first one paid which is over an hour away. No way to pay online, no way to pay by phone. I am a full time student and have to leave school early to drive to make this payment before the bank closes. I have less than a month to refinance and I don’t even care if my interest rate goes up. I will pay to drop them as soon as I can.

The bank manager lady called me broke because the atm broke while I was depositing cash and it caused me a overdraft fee. She’s really unprofessional and when I closed my account she wouldn’t even do it she made another guy do it and had security escorting me (I’m a 5’0 tall college girl I’m not threatening) but that manager felt threatened I guess. She can dish it then call security when I call her broke back.

Awful awful awful. They will send your car bill to collection over 3 cents!!!! Wife was in hospital and wrote the wrong amount in a check and they sent it to collections, credit score went from 800+ to 650 when trying to refinance my house - interest rate went up 50 basis points on my 30 year mortgage due to the delay before it got corrected. AVOID THESE EVIL PEOPLE. F- institution. Bunch of clowns.

Zero stars is more accurate. This is the WORST place to do any banking. In fact, they are not a bank. They are a joke. When I had a car loan they made it impossible to make a payment by not having any modern day services like online bill pay and when I would show up in person to pay with my payment slip and personal check I would get a million questions about my identity and even was asked to furnish my license once- simply to pay a dang loan payment!I moved my loan to make my life easier and allow for online payment but continued to receive statements saying I had a balance in a savings account. I went in to close the account and was told it is not possible to close an account without an appointment. Then when I was frustrated by this the manager, who COULD close the account, came over to tell me she is too busy and I need an appointment or need to write a letter to ask for my account to be closed.Well, hand me my quill pen and parchment. I will write thee a letter instead of behaving like someone from this millennium. This place is a joke. Do not trust them with your money unless you require someone to speak Spanish to you. They are very good at offering that option but absolutely no other "modern" convenience like getting access to your own money. I will eventually make sure they close my account by any means necessary but until then they will be a thorn in my side. Run if you can and do not be lured by low interest rates!!

Closed a savings account there pretty recently for a few reasons. Moved back to the area and considered giving them a try again with a checking account & savings - I Happen to need 2 rolls of quarters today for a project - stopped in with $20 cash to get them. They actually told me they can’t give me change because I’m not a member. Umm hello. This is a bank. LOL. Ridiculous. Went to TD bank they were happy to give me the quarters and thought it was just as ridiculous!!

Horrible horrible horrible! I don’t live locally and want to close my account. They told me I needed to mail in my signature to close the account I did so and they said the signature does not match so now I need to get it notarized. I literally have $20 in the account ridiculous. I would never use them.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I mail them my checks for my car EVERY SINGLE MONTH and they continually report me as 30+ days past due to credit bureaus. No way to pay online, phone… nothing. Worst bank in the universe. I hate them. Run.

I've been with them over 20 years. If I wasn't old and disabled, I would NEVER USE THEM! I was told I CAN NEVER GET ANOTHER DEBIT,/CREDIT CARD! I've had about ten in twenty years of being with them. I've paid for them ALL! What saves them are their amazing tellers POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I stay because it's close PERIOD. A simple, older woman...

It's baffling to me that in the year 2022 this bank still has no way to pay your loan online. I have to use another bank just to get the basic usability of paying a loan. It's like they're actively trying to never have a repeat customer. No wonder the interest rate was so low.

Horrible communication. Get calls saying my loan payment is pat due, a week before it is automatically withdrawn by triangle credit union. Then they say it's ok. Later find out that a past due amount from 3 years ago has been the issue, not the current payment. Couldn't get straight answers multiple calls.

Awful. Horrible. They do everything possible to throw obstacles up so you cannot access your money. They set limits on transfers which are ridiculous and their website is barely useable, throwing errors most of the time. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Definitely steer clear.
