TCU has gone downhill. Do not bank here. Been here for over a decade and I'll be using another insitution now. Direct deposits have been delayed over 3 times in 3 months. Takes 45 mins for them to answer the phone or call back. Then they say "Oh its a known issue but no ETA on when we will fix it". You would think they would alert members when this issue happens, but nope. They also fail to make credit card payments to Visa on time when you transfer out of your acct. They also have withdrew someone elses check from my account twice in the last 2 years.Oh also, recently their app didnt work and wasn't updating debit transactions for days.Awful bank. Dont bank here or you'll regret it someday.

Fed up waiting to hear back regarding where my title is. I paid off a motorcycle loan 2/23/2021 and getting NO response/NO help from TCU despite leaving several messages and constantly REOPENING a ticket that a TCU rep keeps closing as "resolved" just because he responded that he is looking into it. Last straw was being promised a status by COB last Friday and not getting called back as promised. Was supposed to receive it within 7-10 days and I'VE LOST MY BUYER.

Fraud department lady not sure what her name was but she had a Spanish accent should be fired !!!! Someone stole thousands from my card and she had the nerve toaccuse me. Not sure where she learned customer service but clearly she needs to find a new field!

Would never take a loan out from this credit union again.Always send my payment weeks before it's due.They tell me it took over 4 weeks to get my payment from MA.Asked for proof of post Mark they don't have it but still charged me 40 late fee. crooks at this place don't get a loan here

Auto loan department is difficult to reach over the phone and the online banking needs an upgrade. An app would be nice as well.

I know I can't speak for everyone because I was actually shocked to see some negative reviews, but I've been banking at Triangle Credit Union for over a decade and everything has always gone smoothly for me. I have an auto loan through them, a checking and savings and I have not had any problems. Not with shared branch transfers. My car payment has a 10-day grace period. I overpay my usual car payments on purpose when I can.There was one time that I went in person to talk with them about how I was temporarily short for my upcoming car payment and they happily informed me, that because of all the times I've overpaid, my actual car payment due; was much less. I had inadvertently done myself the favor by overpaying much of time.

I have been a member for over 45 years and so disappointed today. I live in Florida and kept my accounts in Nashua. I always did bank sharing from Florida to Nashua. Today I was told by triangle that they will not be sharing credit union to credit union that they need to take care of their patrons. Well guess iam not a member to them. Never was I notified or seen anything posted on the web. Guess I will be transferring accounts since I am not important. ??

I have consistently worked with Victor for every loan I have needed from this bank. Not a single time have they failed to perform with the expectation of a credit union member. Not only are their rates more than reasonable but they have held true to every action, timeline and payment choice I have been promised. I will continue to use them as my go to bank for most major purchases.

I had a car loan through Triangle and thought they were great at first. About 6 months before my loan was going to be paid off, I had opened a new checking account at another institution and needed to switch the account that my payments were going to be coming from. My loan was on autopay, so I had called and spoken with Leslie in the Nashua branch and she told me to fill out a form closing out the previous checking account and authorizing payment from the new account. I filled out the paperwork and had it submitted to their secure document upload by the next morning. When the next month came, I saw that they had charged my old account and not charged my new account. I emailed Leslie and asked why this was the case. She responded and said we had spoken on one particular date, which we had NOT. We had spoken days before that and when I came back with the dates and times of all of our conversations and what had been discussed with also the date and time that my paperwork had been submitted to them, she magically now all of a sudden had my paperwork and tried to apologize. My guess is she saw my birth date in my info and thought she was dealing with some young kid who she could pull the wool over my eyes, not knowing that I keep records of everything. Will never come here again for anything. I refuse to give my money to a business that is dishonest and will try to lie when they don’t know you have proof and then will try to cover it all up once you call them out on it.
