“After an 8 hour drive terminating in Nashua, my car was making funky noises and my check engine light was on. It was later in the afternoon but PDM said I could drop my car off and they would take a look at it the next day. Next day they called and let me know what the issues were and recommended I take it to the dealer to try and get the repairs covered by warranty. They told me the car was drivable so I picked it up and they only charged me a minuscule amount considering the urgent nature of my request (needed to be able to drive 8 hours home at the end of the week) and once I was able to take it to the dealer, everything PDM diagnosed was correct and all covered by warranty!! I feel like other shops could have taken advantage of my urgent situation and lack of car knowledge but PDM took care of me and helped me find the best solution even though that meant they didn’t get my business getting the repairs done by them. Any time I am back in NH I will gladly go to them with issues and recommend them to all of my friend!”
