Kinda did a walk-in after finding the wire mesh saying hello through the tire. I did go in with a specific set of tires in mind. While the store didn’t have them Jonas was able to get me a set for relatively close to where I needed. Not a bad wait time either with how busy they seemed.

Andy was above in beyond taking care of us! Got us new tires that weren’t in stock the same day and squeezed us in to get my tires done. Everyone in the shop is so welcoming and kind. My car was detailed the day before I got my tires done and the car was given back still in pristine condition. If I could give it more stars I would.

Worked with Andy the first time and had a great experience - had some tire issues about a week later unrelated to them and Jeff took care of it with no hassle at all. Have worked with them in the past with my girlfriend’s car as well and had all good experiences. Highly recommend these guys

Jonas at the Nashua store took great care of me. I inadvertently ordered the wrong tires at a competitor and had waited 2 weeks before they told me. They quoted me the price of the correct size tire, but I didn’t want to wait that long for the tires. Came to TFT Nashua with that quote and Jonas was able to match it for me and install the new tires the next day. 5 star service!! Thank you!

Jeff was my service adviser and was GREAT!! He explained everything in detail yesterday (when I had stopped by after a failed tire inspection) and got me in the next day. He is very polite and listened to any questions I had and was not a “pushy” person..I have been going to TFT for many years now and are happy with the service. Mainly because of people like Jeff!! ?
