Always have a fun experience shopping at Torrid and the dressing rooms are nice and big to have room to try things on ! Staff is all very helpful and friendly ! The store is clean and organized!

The mark up on their clothes must be 300-400%. This used to be one of the few options for fluffy women but not anymore. I can't recommend them. They had an update on their credit system and it glitched for months. My daughter would send them a payment and they would send it back. We were laughing about it at the time. They sent an email explaining the problem and said not to worry. My daughter kept making payments and they kept sending them back. We are no longer laughing. Torrid closed her account, sent it to collections, the collection company reported her. She paid it in full, has written letters to torrid, the collection company to correct the damage to her credit. We are still waiting to hear from them. Don't open a credit card with these people unless you want a lot of aggravation.On the plus side ( the reason for 2 stars instead of just one), the women who work in the store are some of the nicest people. Never ran into anyone rude there . I used to enjoy shopping there. I hope this is helpful.

They have beautiful cloths if you can afford to spend 50 dollers on each item this store is for you : ) I got some really cool sunglasses from here haha I'm sure if you sign up for somthing you get somthing off I'm not sure as noones ever asked me : )

Real clothes for women that aren't a size 0. Nuff said. The people here were friendly, helped my wife find what she needed, and we were in and out in 10 minutes. No push for a store credit card, no up-selling.

Store was clean, prices are a little high for me, but I'm quite frugal when it xomes to clothing. But it's good quality stuff you're buying for bigger folks, so give a little to get alot more I guess.
