Today I was getting treated by Juana Had a pedicure, manicure, very unprofessional, very rude her personalities very difficult person to deal with even the other aesthetician was there working with her today she was rolling her eyes every time she Juana spoke . The other Was having a conversation with her client and and while Juana J working on me she was keep interrupting the other aesthetician, taking words out of her mouth and answering the clients. She was loud obnoxious. I referred two friends over there unfortunately they got some treatment by her and they will never go back there again. Three
Never had an issue issue with anyone, but today was very unpleasant visit and terrible service by her. Her treatment was higher rate because they call it a senior aesthetician. While the other aesthetician has done an amazing job that I have seen them in the past, her treatment, not massage.
Never had a such horrible experience at the end she said she is sorry because she had a bad day family issues. Next time she needs to leave her bad and negativity at the door before she starts work.

I really enjoy visiting the Skin & Body Spa for my nails—I was however disappointed this time around when my gel mani didn’t last more than two days and ended up peeling from the outside in on several nails. Something that I will say as I actually have a natural nail certificate as an aesthetician, is that my cuticles were not tended to correctly. Cutting into dry cuticles but missing the vital step of softening and pushing them down to the nail bed leads to peeling skin around the nails for weeks to come and hinders the waterproofing and bonding of gel polish. Thus my cute nails that were meant for a week long European vacation were wasted and my cuticles were trashed in the aftermath—I ended up spending an hour mending the cuticles back to health and repainting my own nails in a clear polish to help strengthen them after too much focus was put on harsh buffing during the apppintment which led to the MOST INTENSE burning sensation from the curing light I have ever experienced. I will possibly go back in the future for a pedicure because it’s so darn hard to paint my own toenails and Erin who did my toes was so nice, but I will probably not return for a mani unless I find a nail tech there who promises to treat the cuticles correctly. The original post was 2 stars but I added two stars since the owner reached out the following day—I really appreciate the communication.

Miliah is incredible! I have been looking for someone in Santa Fe who can wax as good as my place in nyc and I have finally found it! It only took ten years! The space is beautiful centrally located and lovely. I feel so relaxed when I get a wax by Miliah, it’s like a meditation ?????

Excellent experience! I got a Brazilian with Alyssa and she was professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The spa was very clean, modern and my table was heated!

I've visited Asian pedicure places twice before trying out the Skin and Body Spa, and the difference is astounding. At Skin and Body, the focus is entirely on you, and the results speak for themselves. It's been a month since my visit, and my toenails are still gleaming, and my feet feel incredible. The comparison between the two experiences is like night and day, with Skin and Body Spa clearly emerging as the superior choice. They truly deserve to be recognized as the best spa in Nashua.
...and Yes, I now go for pedicures...Don't knock it until you try it!

I'm not impressed.Cramped, unrelaxing area for pedicures. I call for appointments and rarely do they answer or call back if I've left a message. Twice they've cancelled my massage appointments.
