i came in for an online pickup + the associates working were some of the kindest ladies!! they were so pleasant + interested in everything i was saying. so lovely!!! plus my online order was 30% off without an account or sign up or anything!! so great for a last minute gift i needed. so happy. will be coming back for sure!

The young woman who checked me out today was ... interesting. I would have left feedback directly with the store if there were anything but an 800 number to contact. She spent 5 min on the phone with a customer, never calling another associate to help. This included when she went to look at items for the phone customer. I figured she must be the only employee until a young lady came up and checked the person behind me out just as the woman finished with the call and started my transaction. The other cashier finished her sale and attempted to help bag, and the woman said, "what are you doing?" The lady said, "I'm trying to help." To which the woman responded, "I don't need your help." The woman said everything with an attitude. The woman needs to know that good customer service is not merely being pleasant towards the customer but also towards coworkers in front of the customers.Please note, age is not representative of "woman" and "lady" but rather indicative of their attitude.

I absolutely love the paper store chains. Stopped at this one for the first time. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t bother going to this location if you do not have to.

12/26/22-4:15pm-at Paper Store, Amherst St, Nashua, NH. I returned a sweater, with receipt. The employee was very upset. I asked if I did something. She continued to be rude, and the customer at the next register said to the employee "you're being very rude". I asked what I did. She threw my credit receipt on the counter, walked away. She is the manager!!!!
