Came here for my daughter's first haircut years ago and they handled it beautifully. Came back recently as we were back in the area and my now big girl still loved it. I got an excellent haircut both times as well! Highly recommend. Mikayla is wonderful!

My friend and I tried this salon together, and it was the first time for each of us. They fit us into back-to-back sessions with Mikayla less than 2 weeks in advance. Mikayla, as well as the other staff were all very kind and welcoming. Mikayla was fabulous! She did a phenomenal job on both of us. I think the best part was her really taking the time to explain to us each how to style our hair with our new cuts on our own and recommended products to use (even ones they did not carry). We both left loving our new styles and felt confident about styling our hair ourselves. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time here. I called this salon 3 times and left a message over the course of a month. No one returned my call. I finally tried email. Someone called me back as a result of the email. My first question was: “are you taking on new clients?” To which they replied: “yes we are”. They then said that they would have a stylist call me back at their convenience (emphasizing to me “convenience”) …. And of course no one ever called me back. I could understand missing a call or a message once, maybe even twice…. But when you spend more time just trying to reach a person to make and appointment than it would have taken to get your hair done…. And to boot the receptionist was rude for no apparent reason….don’t waste your time. This is a red flag on what you are likely to experience in the salon as well.

The purpose of a salon experience is to leave feeling renewed and beautiful. And my own experience at Terra Salon was just that. The cut and coloring were done with such meticulous detail and care. Edward provides a thoughtful consultation as well as a balanced scientific/artisanal approach to his styling. Highly recommend!

I LOVE Terra Salon! Liz is so sweet and attentive. I've been trying new things with my hair and she's knowledgeable about what will work for me and what won't. It's a small salon that is never crowded or noisy. The monthly visit is always a relaxing get away for me.
